My family came here in the 1950’s and never left! You’ll feel the same when enjoying a relaxed vibe at this quiet complex on a car-free beach.

Everything’s ready for your stay, even beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Brand new enclosed parking spot keeps your car clean and safe.

All new quality furnishings with fully stocked kitchen for your extended stay. Comfortable sectional sofa and chair in living room with access to balcony seating and ocean view. King bed, desk and reading chair in master bedroom with ocean and pool views. Guestroom has queen and bunk beds with ocean views also. Due to Association rules, occupancy is strictly limited to 6 persons.

Publix grocery/liquors is 1.5 miles away plus many great restaurants, shopping and dog park!

Ormond by the Sea is a car-free beach and is close to Daytona‘s exciting events while being quiet and safe.

Everything we needed was there and Marianne was very helpful. She answered all our questions before we arrived. The place was very clean and open. The weather was perfect this December, so the ocean view and closeness to the beach added to a wonderful time. Would absolutely stay there again if available.

The beach is literally right across a two-lane street, very accessible. It is also a lightly populated part of the beach, so plenty of room to spread out.The area the condo is in has many conveniences, including Publix, coffee shops, gas stations, restaurants, etc. The condo was comfortable and met all of our needs.Marianne is an excellent owner - very personable and easy to communicate with. Her guests are her top priority!

Quiet area with a lovely beach.

A quiet peaceful place with all the comforts of home yet close to everything. The beach is very clean and peaceful. A nice place to relax. The host had the condo tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you would need. The garage was a big plus.

Great host, clean and everything ready to go!

This place felt like home, everything was fully stocked including towels, beach equipment and kitchen items! Host is great with communication! We had such a wonderful trip and can’t wait to go back again!

Great Stay

This was so nice, clean and family atmosphere. The residents were very nice and welcoming. The pool and everything outside were very well maintained, Our host was great and answered any question we might have. I would not hesitate to stay again. Wonderful place. 10++

We loved our stay here. You do have to cross 2 lane road but once we got there we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The unit is as described and was very clean and spacious. We look forward to coming back.

Favorite Family Vacation Spot

We have stayed in several condos here at this location over the years. Some of our best family core memories made here. This unit was absolutely fabulous! Very comfortable for our family and had all that we needed. The building outdoor renovations are coming along nicely and did not impact our stay. This is our happy place! Marianne is wonderful and very easy to communicate with.

We loved the unit. We have stayed here before so that is why we came back. Unfortunately this year a hurricane was approaching so we decided to leave. We did not request a refund and none was offeres. This is a great place and we would stay here again. decided to leave.

Beautiful

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean and decorated beautifully. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. I enjoyed sitting on the little porch and watching the waves and hearing the ocean. It was nice that you just walked across the street and the access to the beach is right there. It is a very nice and quite area that we felt safe walking the beach at night or by myself. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely love to come back again! So glad we stayed at the unit!

1 month stay in Breaker, Ormond by the sea

Condo very clean, decor was bright and coastal. Ocean was right across the street. Property was well maintained, pool was well maintained, pool was well maintained however not heated. That was very unsatisfactory for us. It is a big factor for possibly not returning. Location was great for shopping and restaurants .

Nothing was forgotten

We had an awesome time. Everything was as listed. Bed were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay here. Had to walk across the street for the beach Honestly it wasn’t so bad. Think of all the time you spend walking the courtyard at other places. It wasn’t even that far. The host was amazing and answered any and all questions. Even gave me the local favorite restaurants! We will definitely stay again if the host will slow. We loved our stay!
