This beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo at Mainsail Resort offers direct Gulf access via a private staircase leading to a lush lawn and a walkway over a serene lagoon. Fully furnished, the condo features a breakfast bar, stackable washer and dryer (laundry pods required), and modern appliances including a dishwasher, disposal, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, and smoke detector.

Master Bedroom: King bed
Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle pullout
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Queen sofa sleeper + ½ chair that pulls out to a twin bed
Both bathrooms are full (shower/tub combo with toilet and sink)
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 9 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

Upon your arrival, you may secure up to 2 valid passes from Courtesy Patrol by registering at the security gate. These passes need to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Please note that only owners may park against buildings or utilize the covered carports.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
