This seventh floor on the Beach Condo, located in the upper Panhandle of Florida overlooks the area`s famed Emerald Coast with its sugary white quartz beaches and beautiful crystal-clear emerald, green waters. There is also a game room for kids complete with vending machines, tennis and shuffleboard courts.

We have a comfortable living area complete with a Samsung smart TV for your downtime, or you can relax on the patio that overlooks the beach. When you`re ready, you can swim in the clear emerald waters or at one of the two pools. Our building`s pool has a hot tub, kids` play area, and bathroom - while the front pool is heated and has a bathroom for your comfort and convenience.

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed and complete en-suite with a newly renovated walk-in shower, vanity area, large closet, and smart TV. It has a breathtaking view with soothing wave sounds for a restful and peaceful sleep. The second bedroom is just steps from the guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It also has a king-sized bed, a nice view, and a smart TV.

Located in Miramar Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area`s natural beauty can explore Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and Miramar Beach. Traveling with kids? Consider Big Kahuna`s Water and Adventure Park or the Track for fun! With jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving nearby, you`ll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Dubbed the `Playground Area of the Gulf Coast` our area has all the shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and water sports you can handle. Destin also holds the nickname of `World`s Luckiest Fishing Village` for you avid fishermen.

Outlet shopping with stores like Saks Off Fifth, Lacoste, Coach, Adidas, The Gap, Ralph Lauren, and more, is right across the highway and you don`t have to go far to get groceries or other necessities. **Construction Note**

We apologize for any inconvenience, but the HOA has informed us that the sports deck will be demolished and reconstructed beginning April 7, 2026. Construction fencing will be installed around the area, and as a result, some on-site parking spaces will be unavailable. The construction is anticipated to finish mid summer. Parking and Resort fees will be refunded if you are impacted during your stay.

Parking Plan:
Once all available on-site parking spaces are filled, guests will need to park at Silver Sands Outlet Mall (located across the street to the north) in the designated parking area for Mainsail guests. This area is located in the lot closest to Highway 98 near Old Navy. Mainsail will provide a shuttle service to and from the property. Staff will be available as needed for pickups and drop-offs.
