Beautiful home and wonderful hosts! From booking to check out, communication has been great. The home was well equipped and clean. The labeling of switches and other posted info throughout the house was very helpful. The pool was well maintained and there was lots of outdoor seating. Would definitely stay there again!

This place is better than most places on VRBO, clean, easy check in, great location, view is phenomenal but what really sets it apart is the amenities provided! The fact that they provide soaps, sheets, coffee, towels, really everything you need makes this beautiful house head and shoulders above the rest. Communication was easy and very responsive, really couldn't ask for anything more. Made dropping off our son at school so much easier when you can lay at your private pool or just enjoy the beach out your window and reflect on the beauty that is all around you.

Could not ask for a better location! The house was very clean and the pool area is so spacious and nice.Also, the beach was not overly crowded here. I don’t know if it is always like that or if we just got lucky. This was our first time at Daytona Beach and we all loved it. Communication was great with the host. Plenty of parking. We would recommend this home to anyone.

The house is stunning! The owners and manager were both super communicative and quick to respond. The views and proximity to the ocean are perfect and the house is super open and inviting. John was fantastic answered all my one million questions timely. The property is BEAUTIFUL. The view was priceless. However, we were not aware that we were not able to access hot water without running it for awhile. When there are 5 people waiting to shower to go to dinner it can be frustrating. We just needed to be aware of the situation. The 2nd bathroom also did not have much water pressure. That might be the norm. Do to no ceiling fan in the master bedroom we were going to use the small fan however it was dirty so we could not use it.

The house was awesome. Very clean and well taken care of. Close to many restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. Their beach access was closed due to construction on the park next door but we knew that when we booked and the walk to the beach was just a couple blocks so it wasn’t a problem for us. The pool area was wonderful and we spent a lot of time out there swimming, sunning and enjoying the view. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property but the property owner makes you jump through hoops but yet when something happens on renter die they don’t meet you back with the same courtesy.Beware Landscapers and pool maintenance may limited or intrude on your stay. Be ready before check out time the rental access is available at exactly not one minute before check in and cleaning crew arrives ten minutes before check out.
