The Graduation getaway!

We had 10 family members and friends coming for our daughters graduation and NROTC commissioning. This house was amazing. We had the best time being together and celebrating. The beach and pool were incredible. I only wish I had more time to relax and use the pool and ocean.

Beautiful Accommodations!

We were in town for a Celebration of Life for my mother. It was nice to have my family under one roof. The home was both beautiful and comfortable and it is on the beach which allowed for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The check-in process was seamless and the property manager was very nice. I highly recommend this property!

Great Beach Front with Pool.. Beautiful and Great for Families

We had our family visiting from up north and had a small family reunion. It was a great place and very family friendly house. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 kids.

We had a nice stay in this house. It was plenty big enough to accommodate our 4 families. We enjoyed being on the beach and the location. Had some issues with the hot tub as we had to call each day for it to be turned on. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Slice of Heaven on the Ocean

The property was just as pictured!! Spectacular views of the ocean. Great holiday vacation for my 5 adult children and daughter in law. Very clean property and high level accommodations. Great area with restaurants and lots to do. We visited tallest lighthouse in Florida about 25 mins south. Went in the jacuzzi and fished off the beach ⛱️ thanks Cindy for being responsive to all our needs

Great upscale rental that can accommodate all of your guests with separate quarters.

We loved the house and the great views. The only disappointment was the large amount of sand in the pool due to recent storm. Pool cleaner arrived as we were checking out.

The pictures on the site don't do this house justice. The layout is perfect with 3 bedrooms in the main house all with their own bathroom and 2 bedrooms in the connected guest house. House is nicely stocked with everything you need.

Stunning! It was my sons wedding weekend and this is a beautiful home, very accommodating to guests with more than enough bathrooms for multiple people to get ready at once! The views were outstanding! Large picture windows, comfortable beds, relaxing sofas, very well appointed and tvs in every room even the master bath and kitchen. Would love to come back again and be able to enjoy it more without the busy wedding rush!

Beachfront and Peaceful

What a great house! Right on the beach with a pool and hot tub (hot tub was heated, hurricane took out solar heat for pool, but fine if going at the right time). We felt like we had the beach to ourselves and sunrises were amazing. The one day it rained we watched the lightning strike the water in the distance and it was an incredible site. Cindy was easy to communicate with and took care of any questions we had immediately. I would highly recommend this house if you're looking for beachfront in Daytona Beach.

Awesome!

What an awesome home! You walk in the door and immediately the view of the beach greets you. Plenty of room for the entire family to eat around the table and to visit in the living room. It was wonderful to laugh and play games in the privacy of a home instead of a hotel lobby. Beautiful furnishings and that view! I never thought we could get a home right on the beach. Thank you!

Perfect vacation home!

This was our best trip to Daytona yet (and we come a lot). This house was the perfect vacation home and we never wanted to leave the house and pool area. We came with a group of friends and our children and only left the house one time and that was for dinner. It is an absolutely stunning home and has the most incredible view ever. The home had everything we needed and then some. Having the pool and beach right there was so convenient with the kids. Everybody had a wonderful time and we are already talking about renting the house again. We made some wonderful memories on this trip!!

Perfect house on the ocean.

The house is huge...the bedrooms are very private and away from living areas...they are quiet for sleeping babies or for the ones in your party that retire early. We loved the hot tub...where we could sit and watch the ocean...the weather was terrible so the pool was cold. The kitchen is open and lots of seating for large groups....two barstool areas that keeps everyone close together and not separated...really nice. We’ll be back:))

Awesome house

It is a great house.. Awesome house... Just know and maybe its in the fine print... No shampoo, no soap, one role of paper towels, no hair dryer. ect. Bring what you need... The vies is spectacular, beds are comfortable.. Now there is 5 bed rooms and 5.5 bathrooms.. but for some reason the Master has two master bathrooms and two bedrooms and one full bath has a separate outside entrance .. May work out great for the kids,,, it was just a learning curve for us.. again.. Great house

Beautiful home

We never met with manager as stated. Some lights were marked, some not. No paperwork for TV/Cable. Blue tooth speakers throughout home but we couldnt get it to work. Lights flickered day and night. Electrical issues? We couldnt turn off outside lights. AC quit working the day (Sunday) (guest house)before we left and couldnt cool down the bredrooms. Grill was shot. Property was beautiful, clean and maintained.

Amazing property and experience. Highly Recommend!!!!

This rental was as close to perfect as I've found. The house was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen and laundry room had all the amenities and high-end appliances including multiple refrigerators. The house also included a Sonos sound system with speakers inside and out, a gas grill, pool floats, beach chairs, and games. Top all that off with pool, hot tub, a nice sized yard, beach access and amazing view and it was the perfect home away from home. Cindy was an amazing property manager. She communicated quickly and was happy to take help us or take care of any issues. She went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. I not only recommend the property but will be staying here again myself. Can't give this property a better recommendation than 5 stars or I would as it exceeded our expectations.
