Unwind in a fashionable common room anchored by a plush sofa and sleek coffee table. Stream your go-to entertainment on the crisp 55” HDR Smart TV equipped with Netflix—the ultimate way to wind down after a day of urban adventures.



Bedroom 1

Settle into the premium queen bed outfitted with a top-tier memory foam mattress. This sanctuary boasts a vivid 45” HDR Smart TV with Netflix, an expansive walk-in closet, focused bedside reading fixtures, and a productive workstation featuring a streamlined desk and chair.



Bedroom 2

Perfect for families or extra companions, this welcoming space holds two queen beds with cloud-like foam mattresses, a sizeable walk-in closet, and inviting reading lamps.



Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Full tub/shower unit, fluffy linens, complimentary toiletries, and a well-lit vanity mirror.



Bathroom 2 (Hallway Access): Full tub/shower unit, crisp towels, essential toiletries, and an ample vanity area.



Kitchen & Dining

Craft your favorite dishes effortlessly in a fully provisioned kitchen, complete with a high-performance oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig machine, and kettle. Every necessary culinary tool, dinnerware set, and glassware piece is provided for a seamless cooking experience.



We remain deeply committed to your well-being, executing a meticulous, hospital-grade sanitation routine before every arrival. Relax, recharge, and enjoy this inviting property—it is fully prepared to be your ultimate home away from home!



Guest Access:

Enjoy total privacy during your stay with an easy self-check-in process. Although I am not on-site, I am fully available via messaging to assist with any questions or requests remotely.



Please note that garage parking is available for an additional $20 per day for reservations that are 1-7 nights and a fixed $150 for reservations more than 7 nights. Guests must register their vehicle every 24hrs to prevent towing. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation, and trucks are not allowed in the garage.

- Pet Policy

We welcome pets with prior approval! A pet cleaning fee applies depending on how long you stay:

1–4 nights: $35 per night

5–29 nights: $250 per pet

30+ nights: $400 per pet

Please clear your pets with us before booking to ensure a smooth stay.



- Guest Verification & Booking Rules

To maintain a safe environment, all guests must complete our secure verification process within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day arrivals). This may require a valid government ID, verified contact info, or a background check. Your data remains strictly confidential.

By finalizing your reservation, you agree to comply with all house rules, submit your ID prior to check-in, and sign our standard rental agreement. Unverified bookings are subject to cancellation.



- Property & Safety Notes

Security: For your safety, the building's common hallways are monitored by security cameras. A privacy-compliant noise sensor is also located inside the apartment to track volume levels only (it does not record audio or speech).

Climate Control: The thermostat is set to an optimal temperature range. If you need it adjusted, just message us—we manage the temperature remotely to keep the system running efficiently.

Accidental Damage: A mandatory $69 Damage Protection Program is included with your stay, covering accidental property damage up to $150.



Interaction with Guests:
