Street parking is not available in this area, so the covered spot is your go-to.

Uber and Lyft are active and readily available throughout Oak Lawn and surrounding neighborhoods.

For most of what Dallas has to offer, a quick rideshare is the easiest way to move around.



DART light rail and bus routes are accessible nearby for guests who prefer public transit.



✈️ FROM THE AIRPORT



From Dallas Love Field (DAL):

Head south on Mockingbird Lane, then take Cedar Springs Road south into Oak Lawn.

Total drive time is approximately 15 minutes.



From Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW):

Take TX-114 East, then merge onto I-35E South toward Dallas. Take the Oak Lawn Avenue exit and continue south. Total drive time is approximately 25 to 35 minutes depending on traffic.

• $350 refundable deposit for stays over 7 nights

• Refunded if no damage/odor/shedding issues



📝 Registration:

• Pets must be declared before check-in.

• Undeclared pets get a $500 to $1,000 penalty plus any damage/cleaning costs



🧹 Guest responsibilities:

• Clean up after pets,

• Keep them house-trained and supervised (crate if left alone)

• No excessive barking/aggression

• Keep pets off furniture (or remove pet hair if they get on it)

• Don't use house towels/linens for pets

• Guests pay for pet-caused damage or deep cleaning

• Bring your own pet supplies

• A building key fob is provided for elevator and shared amenity access.
