We’re happy to welcome you to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, complete with a modern design. The third bedroom is not fully enclosed but is set apart in its own dedicated space near the entrance.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed based on size; please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation. An additional cleaning fee per pet applies as follows:

- 1-4 Nights: $35 per night

- 5-29 Nights: $250

- 30+ Nights: $400



Guest verification is required before your stay.



To meet legal obligations and ensure security, guests may need to provide:

- A government-issued photo ID

- Confirmation of contact information

- Verification via our portal

- In some cases, a criminal background check may be required

All guests must sign a rental agreement upon confirming the reservation, agreeing to:

- Follow rental terms and conditions

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in

- Complete a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as per the rental agreement

- Complete verification through our portal to receive check-in instructions



Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.



For security, surveillance cameras are installed in hallways, and a Minut device is placed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



Each booking includes a $49 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damages up to $150.
