We do not supply pool toys or floats but you are welcome to bring your own.

Unfortunately, the Hot tub is unavailable for use at this time as it is undergoing maintenance.

The pool has a minimum depth of 3 feet and a maximum depth of 5 feet with clear depth markers.


Please Note: We have implemented a strict No Smoking or Vaping policy both inside and outside the home. Smoke detection devices are installed, and if triggered, a $300 automatic cleaning fee will be applied.

**Welcome!** We’re excited for you to enjoy the pool. To ensure everyone has a safe and relaxing time, please review and follow the rules below:

**General Safety**

* **No lifeguard on duty** – Swim at your own risk.
* Children **must be supervised at all times**. No exceptions.
* No running, diving, or rough play in or around the pool.
* No glassware near the pool. Please use plastic cups provided.
* Keep the **pool gate closed** at all times (if applicable).
* No swimming during thunderstorms or inclement weather.
* **No pets in the pool**.

**Hygiene & Maintenance**

* Shower before entering the pool to rinse off sunscreen, lotions, and oils.
* **Infants/toddlers must wear swim diapers** in the pool.
* Please don’t add any soaps, bubbles, or pool toys not provided.
* Do not tamper with pool equipment (filters, heaters, timers, etc.).

**Hours & Noise**

* Pool hours: **8:00 AM – 10:00 PM**
* Please respect quiet hours (no loud music or yelling after 10 PM).
* No parties or gatherings without prior approval.

**Emergencies**

* In case of emergency, call **911 immediately**.
* First aid kit is located: *above microwave*
* Emergency contact: *message via app*

**After Use**

* Dry off before going back indoors.
* Place used towels in the laundry bin.
* Close the pool umbrella and secure any furniture after use (if windy).
