This was an excellent location for our girls weekend, a mother and 2 adult daughters. We were looking for a comfortable, clean, convenient, not too expensive place to stay and visit family in the area and small towns and locations nearby Atlanta. The location is a small home that has obviously been redone completely with new furniture, kitchen, appliances, flooring, and decor. It is very clean and doesn't have any odors. It was super quiet, the bedding was very comfortable, it was decorated nicely, the air conditioning worked well. There was a small living room/kitchen space that was perfect for 3-4 people. There is a deck, altho the back yard is not super inviting at this moment, a lot of tree stumps in what looks like a developing idea for a backyard space, it is surrounded by forests and we did see a deer out there. There is also a grill to use on the deck. The location is in a residential neighborhood, not in walking distance to anything, but a short drive to tons of dining, services, groceries etc. We explored Atlanta (45 minutes), Athens (45 minutes) Buford (15 minutes). The host was very responsive and an excellent communicator.

The house was in a great location. The back yard is huge. Very close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. I will say it is more of a 3br with a converted garage. I didn’t look that closely at the pictures so I missed that part.

I am very particular about where I lay my head down and I had no negatives about this property. It is very clean and all linen and towels are white. The neighborhood is so quiet and in an area where you can take after dinner walks due to very low traffic. The house has everything that you need. 10 out of 10, I recommend and plan on recommending it to friends and family that need to visit the area.

The property was well maintained, decorated very cute, plenty of blankets/pillows/soaps and things to get you started with your stay. The property description and pictures are 100% accurate.The property is in a nice quiet area. I think this is important to note when traveling to an area you are not familiar with. We felt safe in a nice neighborhood.There are a lot of fun things to do within a 10 minute drive, shopping/food/arcades/etc. We chose to Uber into Atlanta and had no issues getting a ride there or back.When we come back to visit family we will look for this listing again. 10/10 recommend!
