• Approval Required – Any event or gathering over the reserved overnight occupancy must be disclosed and approved in writing prior to your stay.
• Event Fee – A $350 flat event fee applies for events up to 40 attendees.
• Security Deposit – An additional $500 refundable security deposit is required for events.
• Responsibility – The guest making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all attendees follow house rules, including parking, noise, and trash disposal guidelines.
• Unauthorized Events – Events that have not been pre-approved may result in a $500 penalty and possible termination of the stay without refund.
