Cozy, relaxing beautiful CapeCod style home near Buford Ga, Lake Lanier, Chateau Elan, Flowery Branch, Buford, Gainesville and Braselton. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close by. Beautiful house, lovely

we was there for 3 days and it was a beautiful stay. the house was neat and clean. our 3 kids loved the place, they could play arround the house and had a lot of fun, also in the house with the soccer table. the access to the house was also really easy. we recommend this house.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub braucht (allerdings haben wir nicht gekocht). Die Lage ist in ruhiger Umgebung und Nachbarschaft. Für unsere Familie mit 5 Personen vom Platz her perfekt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

What a gem! Perfect cabin for our weekend stay in town for a swim meet. All rooms were bery clean and well supplied. Hosts checked in and clearly shared check in and out information. The house even had a lkttle tree decorated for Christmas. Wojld absolutely stay here again.

Had a very pleasant stay with my family here for a long weekend. House was comfy, quiet and nicely furnished. Neighborhood was also quiet and felt like a good neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to friends and would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was easy, the owners were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. They had reached out to us before we did them with information which made our trip stress free. The home was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our older teens to hang out. Neighborhood seemed safe and was peaceful. Sitting on the front porch was relaxing in the evenings. We didn’t use the back porch much but it overlooked a wooded ravine which was very nice. The area was easy to access with restaurants and grocery stores near by without overwhelming traffic (this is a huge plus for us considering we are use to country roads). Great water pressure in the shower! Would for sure stay here again if traveling around the area!

We loved this very clean and adorable farmhouse style house. The house is decorated very nicely and Stephanie was easy to communicate with. There was plenty of room with everything we needed. We enjoyed playing darts downstairs and listening to the katydids off the back porch.

The get away

The beginning of our trip started with a dozen or so flight delays. Getting in touch every 1/1 hour to update the couple who own the property was easy. The both of them understood our problem. So when my son and I got to the house there were lights on and everything was ready for us. All we wanted to do was to relax and forget what just happened. Everything they left us was self explainable. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a place to relax.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, nice entertainment area downstairs with plenty of room to enjoy movies, relax and play games. The location was close to a nice Publix, restaurants and shopping. The floor plan worked well for 6 adults. Nice memories made in Flowery Branch. (There were several items that the owners should address with their maintenance crew: oven needs a good cleaning, repairs in process downstairs with a hole in the ceiling should have been covered up, a broken window pane in the kitchen with duct tape & some water leak stains on the kitchen ceiling.) With these taken care of, guests can simply enjoy the nice home.

Clean and Convenient

We were in town for a wedding. This house was perfect for us! Main floor bedroom was perfect for our elderly parent. Front porch was great for early morning coffees. Hosts were super responsive to our messages and checkout was a breeze!!

Cute house

We were visiting our son and had two golden retrievers. We are retired couple who love to walk our dogs. The neighborhood is hilly and not easy on the knees and then leads to major road where there is a walkway but has a lot of traffic and really not ideal for walking dogs. There is a beautiful park a few miles away, Cherokee bluff park. The driveway is steep and so is back yard. I think they could have washed off the pollen from front porch so guest can use. I did clean rockers to use. Communications was great. I just don’t think this is the place for older guests who like to walk dogs around outside in this area.

Super Cute, Roomy

Easy to access & find. Owners did a great job communicating! The driveway is a bit steep. Decorated beautifully. It was very clean but we did find some bottle caps under the bed and behind the couch. Super cute and saw 2 deer in the backyard. Close to the city but felt like you were farther away. Would definitely stay again.

This is such a beautiful house! There are so many details that make it cozy; you will feel at home the minute you enter. It is super clean, has everything you need, including a brand new washer & dryer. There is a huge deck out back to enjoy the leaf color, grill or just enjoy being outdoors. Everything about this house is exceptional starting with the owners. Communication was easy and they were very accommodating. I cannot recommend this property enough. If you book, you will not be disappointed! It was a lovey stay.

Great property near Chateau Elan

This house exceeded our expectations. We came to town with our kids for a wedding at Chateau Elan and this place was the perfect spot for us. It had everything we could ask for plus fun activities to play downstairs!

Perfect and cozy

While this was for a work weekend, I felt like I was home. There was plenty of space for the four adults that needed separate rooms. The basement was the unsung hero of the weekend, allowing a separate space for TV and fuseball to unwind. I will be back if I have to work in that direction in the future.
