This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse-style condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, with over 1,000 sq ft of living space and two private balconies – perfect for sipping morning coffee or catching sunset views.
Inside, you'll enjoy:
- Two luxurious king bedrooms with premium mattresses & linens
- Primary bedroom sleeps 2, with a Gulf front balcony & ensuite bathroom
- Guest room sleeps 4, with a king bed + twin bunks

30A has been our family's favorite beach for many years... we love the gorgeous water, laid-back atmosphere, and assortment of restaurants and activities nearby. We purchased this home in 2023, and we love sharing the space with guests. We want to help other families make memories here as well!

The Carillon Beach neighborhood is super cute, and it's in a perfect location right between 30A and PCB. And Pinnacle Port, in particular, is really special because our buildings are right on the Gulf and our private beach is huge and uncrowded.

In every room of our home, the windows overlook a beautiful water-filled view. The Gulf is gorgeous, of course, but Lake Powell is just as pretty. The complex is really convenient -- no streets to cross between the building, parking lot, and beach. The 2-story floorplan of our unit is great for families, and we love strolling through the neighborhood to grab ice cream, pizza, and coffee. This is one of the few places we have found that we love to come back to again and again.
