Location perfect. Loved the balcony and extra toys and chairs. Had some issues with the dryer not drying but was able to get it fixed. Well stocked kitchen. ( first one we have rented that good pans, cookie sheets, mixing bowls …etc to make all my recipes). Air conditioner worked very well (compared to others at this time of year) would rent again!

Overall, we were quite happy with this property. We did have a bit of trouble activating the door lock upon leaving. Instructions on that process would be helpful. The elevator was also acting up and probably needs an overhaul but thankfully, we were not stuck on it , nor did we have to use the stairs. Great view, A/C did the job, beds were comfortable, and provided beach chairs saved us the cost of renting. I would gladly rent this unit again.

Incredible we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our first time to the panhandle and I can’t think of a better spot for a family vacation with teenagers. The unit was clean, the owners were friendly and responsive, and the beach was perfect. The location was also nice as we weren’t right in the thick of activities but we were only a short drive from excellent shopping, walking, biking etc. We hope to return again soon!

Excellent stay

We absolutely love this condo and specifically this unit! iTrip makes every aspect of traveling here seamless. This is our second year to this unit and will be making next year our 3rd. We love it!

Wonderful

Everything was same as listing . It was well furnished like new appliances like new cookware and dinner ware. Very enjoyable stay loved it

Property was lovely…only issue was elevator work. One recommendation is to have a different set of dishes. The square white plates very heavy and made loading dishwasher difficult.

Wedding Weekend

We were in the neighborhood for a wedding and loved the convenience to the beach and everything associated with the wedding! We had a great view of the beach, and the condo fit our needs perfectly. Very clean. We were able to walk to every wedding activity! We loved having coffee at The Salty Bottle in the mornings and then wine at The Salty Bottle in the evenings. Obviously, one of our favorite places at Carillon Beach!

I thought the view was the best I have ever seen.

I thought the view was the best I have ever seen. I will be returning soon. The condo was great. The building and the amenities are well cared for. The woman who arranges the trip is the best communicator I have ever had in terms of vacations.
