Oceanfront 2nd Floor 3 Schlafzimmer - Herbst Sale

Willkommen in Pinnacle Port, einer ruhigen kleinen Ecke der Welt mit herrlichem weißen Sand und kristallklarem Wasser. Das familienfreundliche Wohnung in der C-1-Gebäude (mittelhohes) liegt auf der 2. Etage für einen einfachen Zugang zum Strand und Parkplatz in einer Gated Community mit 24 Stunden Sicherheit befindet. Die Einheit wurde im Jahr 2017 aktualisiert. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine High-Definition-TV, Blue Ray-Player und Schlafsofa. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein ausklappbares Etagenbett (Twin, voll, zwei Einzelbetten) mit einem Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Blick auf das Meer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Flachbild-TV. Die Küche ist komplett mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten ausgestattet und wurde kürzlich aktualisiert. Das Gerät verfügt über einen umlaufenden Balkon zum Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang zu erfassen. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Badezimmer, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner und WLAN. Nicht rauchen und keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Mieter müssen 25 Jahre oder älter sein.

Pinnacle Port hat viel zu bieten unseren Gästen. Es gibt einen Außenpool und ein Indoor / Outdoor-beheizten Pool. Outdoor-Sportarten gehören vier Shuffleboard-Plätze, vier beleuchtete Tennisplätze und einen Basketballplatz. Es gibt Outdoor-Grills für Ihren Einsatz mit einigen Picknicktische zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch einen Kinderspielplatz vor Ort. Kanus, Kajaks und ein Paddelboot für den Einsatz auf See Powell zur Verfügung. Ein Yachthafen und Slipanlage ist auch für Gäste vorhanden. Fischerei vor der Docks ist mit einem Florida Angelschein erhältlich.

Carillon Beach ist neben Pinnacle Port innerhalb der Gated Community. Es ist das Einkaufen auf der Market Street, darunter ein Spa und Restaurants. Außerdem gibt es Live saisonabhängiges Unterhaltungs in der Innenstadt Carillon.

Das Resort befindet sich in der Nähe von 30A mit tollen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants oder in Panama City und Pier Park Shopping und Unterhaltung nur wenige Minuten. Es liegt nur 20 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Northwest Beaches entfernt.

Pinnacle Port Condo

Had a great time, condo location was perfect. Condo was updated and beds were comfortable. Had a water issue that affected the entire complex for 1 day and condo owner not only was responsive with multiple updates, she gave us a 1 day refund. We definitely will be back.

Lovely condo

Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and being on 2nd floor so didn’t have to use elevator. Everything clean and pretty. Have always liked location of Pinnacle Port with access to PCB as well as 30A. Beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Neighborhood was beautiful. Condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. My only issue was the floors could use a good cleaning. You could not go barefoot because your feet would be totally black on the bottom after 30 minutes. The stovetop could use a good cleaning also. Other than that everything was great

Fabulous location

This 3 bedroom condo is in a fabulous location. Access to the beach is just a few feet away. Given the proximity to Camp Helen the beach was uncrowded and fun to explore.

Great stay at pinnacle port!

We really enjoyed our time at Carolyn’s place and will be back. The view is stunning. The unit had everything that we needed and was so convenient to the beach. Pinnacle port is located at the end of 30a and right at the end of back beach road and Hwy 98 allowing you convenient access to so much.The Publix is so close and it’s very easy to get around. We love it!

Great location poor cleanliness.

I found a large almost dead bug in the bunk bed room. The vent on the door to the washer and dryer had a half inch of filth on it. Trash and junk under the entertainment center. Location was great. I would suggest a new clean team and spend some money to upgrade conditions. Then it would be perfect.

Absolutely pleasant and peaceful stay!

We went during spring break and this beautiful condo is right on the water. Which made it super pleasant for our 18 month. When he got hot we walked a minute to the condo and got him out of the sun. The beach is part of a gated community so it was not busy and very clean. The inside of the condo was very clean and absolutely beautiful. Loved the layout with each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen with perfect size we cooked steaks and pork chops on the grills outside and the side on the stove. Will be back to stay again

Best Ocean Front View

My family and I (2 adults/2 teens) stayed at the Sunnyside condo for a week over Thanksgiving break. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony all day long enjoying the ocean views and relaxing. The condo was clean, well stocked for cooking and location was perfect right next to beach walkway. Stairs and elevator were right outside door which was great and gave us easy access. We will stay definitely stay at Carolyn's condo again when going back to Pinnacle Port.

Great Beach Stay

Third time at Pinnacle Port. This was the best unit. Second floor was great. Condo was exactly as advertised. Internet was so so if you don’t want to use the public Wi-Fi.

Great location

The property was very convenient to shopping, groceries and stores and we were right on the beach. The check in process was awful. I had to contact them on the way down since we never received access information or door codes and it is a gated property. It requires you to have a printed security access form but I had left my car laser printer at home ( oh wait there is no such thing). We did get in without a printed copy but be warned, in high season they will not accept that. When we arrived there were three portable a/c units in the condo. I learned later that the building unit was on the fritz and was waiting on a part. It was not an issue since it was October but it would have been nice if they had given us a heads up.

Beautiful View

Great stay, great balcony, great view. Condo was very clean other than the floor. There are several beach chairs, an umbrella, floats, and beach toys in a closet. Nice facilities, pools were clean. Provided beach chairs and umbrella rental daily set up on the beach was much appreciated. Make sure to bring all needed toiletries, the only soap in the unit was hand soap in the kitchen. We didn't need them but there were 3 portable air conditioner units in the condo, not sure why. The central a/c worked fine for us. Would recommend and would stay again.

Best location on the beach!

Beautiful and quiet, yet close to everything you need. This condo is clean and quite spacious. The beds are comfortable. This part of the beach is not crowded, so you can truly relax. The location near the inlet allowed us to kayak in the lake and right out into the ocean (rented from Coldwater Excursions)! The owner was very nice and provided all the info we needed for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time this past week in this condo. The location and views were perfect! It has a fully stocked kitchen and all the “extras” to use on the beach. The owner responds to all questions very quickly and we had no problems what so ever. We hope to visit again next year!

Great for families

We've stayed at Pinnacle Port at least 4 times over the past 5 or 6 years and this unit is definitely a favorite. We are a family of 5 with an 8 yo, 4yo, and 8mo. old. And we had grandparents staying with us as well. The space was pretty near perfect for our group. Though, we did end up putting our travel crib in the master bathroom for a darker space for our baby to sleep. But it wasn't a problem to share a bath. Staying in the low rise buildings at Pinnacle 'Port on a low floor as opposed to the tower is the way to go with a family with young kids. It has the easiest access to the beach for back and forth needs and is very close to both pools and all the other amenities. The unit itself is well appointed. It has some upgrades and some things that still need upgrading, but overall, it was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I can think of that really needs improvement would be to switch the way the doors open on the washer and dryer as it is very awkward to get in and out of them. Overall, our stay was wonderful, as it always is in NW Florida. The beach never disappoints and this rental will be on our list for future trips!
