Welcome to your serene getaway at ESJ, this beautiful and peaceful retreat is ideal for couples or up to 4 guests seeking comfort and tranquility just steps from the shore.



The Space:

The space features two cozy full size beds, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to feel right at home. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, unwind with your favorite shows on the TV, and enjoy refreshing air conditioning after a sun-filled day on the beach.



Guest Access:

- Our apartment is located on the 6th floor.

- There is 1 parking site available.

- There are elevators available.



While the pool is currently under renovation, you'll still have full access to the gym and the beautiful beach.



Please note that if you're renting a vehicle, the parking garage has a low ceiling. Trucks and tall cars will not be able to enter.



By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the listing information.



Other Things to Note:

You will have as a gift a complimentary free drink in the lobby bar once booking with us!



Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.



DISCLAIMER: Please be advised that the building is undergoing construction weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as it is a building-wide project. We wanted to let you know in advance so you can plan your daytime activities accordingly.
