Diese malerische und schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Isla Verde. Nur 5 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, am besten Strand von San Juan und wohl einem der besten StrÀnde in ganz Puerto Rico.

Das Racquet Club Condominium ist ein sicheres, sauberes GebÀude und bietet einen spektakulÀren Blick auf das Meer.

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Schritte von der Isla Verde entfernt, wo Sie alles zu Fuß erreichen können, vom Inter-Continental, Ruth's Chris, bis zum "soho chic" Dachrestaurant und Bar im Water and Beach Hotel. CVS ist einen Block entfernt, ein paar Blocks von Walgreen und eine Reihe von Fast-Food-Restaurants, wenn Sie möchten.

In Bezug auf den Transport können Sie ein Auto mieten oder sogar ein paar Schritte bis zur Ecke laufen und den lokalen Bus nach Old San Juan nehmen, einige Museen besuchen oder das weltberĂŒhmte El Morro besuchen. Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten, aber Sie werden nicht enttĂ€uscht sein.

Der "puertoricanische Beifall" ist das, was ich die freundliche Bar und das Restaurant nenne, die gĂŒnstig am Fuße des GebĂ€udes liegen und in denen Sie Einheimische, New Yorker, Touristen aus aller Welt und bis zum Ende der Nacht treffen Jeder wird wahrscheinlich Ihren Namen kennen! Es macht einfach viel Spaß und hat eine tolle KĂŒche !!!!

We had a great time. Condo is super clean, had everything we needed for a short stay. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Lots of dining options nearby. It would be nice to have a few basics- salt, coffee filters, few washer pods, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The owner and the manager are very responsive and get back to you in no time. We would love to come back one day.

Great overall stay. Would have been nice if there were a few toiletries in the unit to be avaliable for guests to use. Location was fabulous and the beach was so well kept. Thanks to Jesus for letting us drop our luggage off early so we could explore whole our unit was being cleaned

5 nights of absolute perfection! From the owner to the property manager, our trip was flawless! The condo was newly redone and immaculate! 7 minutes from the airport and yet we never heard planes unless you were on the beach that was7 steps from the condo gate(we counted) walking steps to so many amazing restaurants. 15 minutes to Old San Juan. The ease of check in was fantastic and the host provided a binder with so many wonderful details about the area! If you are staying in Carolina you must stay here!!!

Beautiful,Convenient Location

This beachfront location has pool access, is close to grocery stores, convenience stores, so many restaurants, and is a short uber/taxi ride to Old San Juan as well as other great neighbourhoods. It’s a cute, clean place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Spectacular Location

My mom and I just returned from eight days staying at Jennifer's condo. It is beautifully done, very well appointed and the location could not be better.She is extremely responsive, very personable and cares about her guests. there are no negatives to report as everything went as planned. I highly recommend this property. Please carefully read the description, there is no balcony - which we didn't mind at all since the floor to ceiling sliders gave us a beautiful ocean breeze at night. Plus the beach is steps away!

Great location - communication is lacking.

We arrived around 6:30pm and had trouble with the code to the gate. I called my contact and no answer. I tried Jennifer and went straight to voicemail. I finally got ahold of my contact and he buzzed me in. This was all after I was notified that my parking spot was not on the property, but at the “CVS” across the street. Just FYI - there is no CVS across the street. The next day, I got a random text message from a “cleaning service” stating that they needed into the apartment during a certain time of the day because they left something on the table. I called my contact about the text and sent a picture of what was on the table. He apologized for the inconvenience and didn’t offer an explanation as to how the cleaning service would have my personal phone number. That night, the electricity went out for over 14 hours. There were flashlights with no batteries in the closet. Not the properties fault, but directions of who to contact would’ve been nice. This might picky, but when shower/toiletry items are left for guests, it would be helpful if the shower items (shower soap/shampoo) were not watered down to get the remaining soap from the dispensers. I don’t mind brining my own supplies had I’d known the items were needed. Other than these issues, the location is great and views are beautiful!

Great beach experience

Pleasant, clean, and well appointed with a great view. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Although the property manager was not always supportive, the owner was easily contacted and quickly resolved all issues. Ideal location for enjoying the beach and exploring San Juan. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks.

The place is located steps from the beach, awesome beach, environment was great, beach was super clean and the on beach restaurant was excellent with food and drinks. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It has a great ocean view and is clean and well-furnished, and comfortable! The beach and neighborhood are walkable and pleasant. The owner and property manager were wonderful. A great home base to explore the island from! We would love to stay again someday!

Really nice place!

Beautiful views, great location, and lots of little things that made our stay extra special! The beach toys in particular were a nice bonus. Comfortable bed, nice sized rooms, felt extra secure with all the gate locks. We really loved staying here!Two things to note though--The listing claimed that there's a hot tub, though there as far as we could tell there isn't one. Also, finding the "CVS" parking spot was initially a bit complicated, and we also needed the property manager to arrange for a different spot instead when we couldn't get into the lot. Thankfully they were really nice about it and able to work that all out but it made check in longer and more complicated than it would normally be. Other than those two small things, really great place and would definitely recommend!!

A gorgeous beach-front stay!

Wow! I traveled solo to Puerto Rico to meet some family for a week vacation. This was the perfect spot first because my sister had a penthouse in the same building, but also the location -- right on Playa Isla Verde, the views did NOT disappoint! Feeling the ocean breeze every day was the best part of the place, as well as the location close to shops and restaurants right on the beach. Jennifer was very helpful and communicative. She even goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a parking spot -- though it's not at the condo building, she's reserved a spot across the street in a parking garage. Would come back again!

Great Location on Beach

Good extra amenities such as beach towels, cooler, and camp chairs (these are not comfortable on the beach, though, lol!). Great and easy access to the beach. Located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, CVS, etc. Disappointments would be no balcony (although we knew this in advance), sofa small and not overly comfortable, and the futon sit in front of TV is very cheap and too uncomfortable just to sit in. Swimming pool was disappointing as the surrounding aesthetics were just concrete and stucco walls, overhanging parking lot on one side. Owner Jennifer is a great communicator, checking in to ensure all was okay, and seems genuinely interested in fixing any issues immediately ( we had no issues).

Air conditioner noisy as hell

The two air conditioners in the place were LOUD!! We hardly slept. Couldn’t sleep with the windows open on account of car noises (honking or loud music). We encountered three roaches while there two in the kitchen ( we didn’t cook at all in the place) and one in the bathroom. Places was not that clean and sink in the bathroom kept over flowing, had to plunge most of the time. Barely enough towels.
