Dieses beeindruckende 4-Schlafzimmer-Villa wurde eingerichtet und zu einem hohen Standard in einem modernen Stil eingerichtet. Ideal gelegen in einer sehr ruhigen und friedlichen Wohngegend, das Stadtzentrum und der Strand sind etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die 2 neuen Wasserparks, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Doppel- und 2 Einzelzimmer, die an jedem Ende der Villa eingerichtet sind, ermöglichen bei Bedarf einen separaten Familienwohnsitz. Außerdem gibt es ein separates Spielzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa und Etagenbetten für kleine Kinder sowie einer PS4-PlayStation, einem DVD-Player und einem Flachbildschirm FERNSEHER. Drei der Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und es gibt eine weitere vierte Bad. Der große Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Esszimmer mit einem Ende. mit Ledersessel Sofas zur Lounge. In der Lounge befinden sich ein DVD-Player mit einer großen Auswahl an DVDs, ein Flachbild-TV mit Internet-TV einschließlich aller UK-Kanäle, Filme und Sport - und eine moderne Hi-Fi-Anlage (mit USB-Anschluss für MP3-Player), die alles für Ihren Komfort und Ihre Entspannung bietet . Die Küche ist komplett mit allen modernen Geräten ausgestattet und die Villa verfügt über einen eingebauten Safe. Draußen gibt es eine überdachte Pergola mit einem entspannenden Sofa und Tisch und Stühle für Ihren Komfort und Schatten von der Sonne; eine handgefertigte Grill für jene schwüle Abende im Freien speisen; eine sehr große private solar und elektrisch beheizten Pool und separatem Kinderbecken. Der Außenraum und Garten profitieren Sie von einer hervorragenden Umgebungs farbige Beleuchtung in der Nacht. Gute Unterkunft

Das Haus ist in Details schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An manchen Stellen sollte wieder einmal renoviert werden (Tor klemmt stark, Farbe blättert teilweise von den Wänden und von der Pergola). Der Pool war zu stark gechlort, unsere Kinder bekamen Hautreizungen davon.Alles in allem ist das Haus für den Preis in Ordnung.

We had a really lovely time staying here - however the villa itself needs some TLC. First of all - there is no welcome pack in the villa and so we had to work out how things worked ourselves - or by texting the agent. The information I was sent beforehand was outdated and so it took a little while to track down the agent who responsible for the upkeep. When we did find out who the right person was she was very helpful and responsive. On arrival - first impression was that the outside area was unclean - the cushions in the seating area and the area around the pool table smelt strongly of cat urine. There are broken floor tiles in the outside area which are sharp and dangerous. The pool lights did not work as we were informed that to switch them on would trip the circuit - meaning there was limited outdoor lighting. There were several repairs internally that needed completing - loose towel rails and broken shower doors. More dangerous of these was one plug socket that came free of the wall and another light socket that was held together by sellotape. The dishwasher was very temperamental.l and the seal on the freezer had gone so it iced up quickly. The villa could be lovely - it just gives the impression that it needs a spruce up to get it up to standard. Again - we did have a lovely time and playa Blanca is lovely. I recommend hiring a car. Take in the camel tour of the volcano if you can - it's brilliant.

Great value for money

This is our second time in this villa and once again we had a fabulous time. The villa could do with a little freshen up but the value for money is fab. The rooms are spacious, the outdoor bar and pool area are fab, The pool is lovely and there is everything there you need!. The walk to town or the beach is a quite far but doable. We would happily go back again!

Spacious Villa with a Lovely Heated Pool

A 3rd party rental company managed the booking, it was a good price for such a large villa and the contactless check was great. As previous guests have said there seems to be a lack of attention to detail which seemed to be just the little things such loose toilet roll holders in all bathroom and missing towel rings. Not enough to spoil your holiday but surprising as there is a housekeeping and maintenance team in place who could easily put these things right. That said I would say that the villa which is spacious both inside and out with a heated pool and even a splash pool for the little ones would be perfect for large families or groups. The layout would also make it perfect for 2 families. It is in a quiet location about 25 minute walk to the harbour so a car might be handy.

Beautiful villa very well equiped

Loved the villa the pool was amazing. Pool table was great fun very relaxed time. Weather was great. Only problem you need a car as its a bit far away from bars and shops. As you have to take your rubbish to the nearest bins which is a bit far if you have disabilities. Apart from this it was amazing

Large outdoor area grubby, but great pool and the lounge and kitchen were lovely. Unfortunately Lanzarote had issues with cockroaches at the time of our visit.

A large villa with great pool

Family of four, far too big for our needs but was great to spread out, we all had a bathroom each. A little dated inside but nothing to spoil our holiday. If you have gamers make sure to take your own PS4 controllers but we enjoyed having the company of our son for a week rather than him being glued to screen! Swimming pool was lovely, big enough for a family game of volleyball! The pool table was well used too! Lovely warm week in October! Would love to return soon

Amazing family villa

Wow what an amazing villa for a family holiday!! There were 9 of us staying here and it was perfect for all of our need’s, the location was ideal for all of the local facilities and beach, if you don’t want to walk the taxis are regular and cheap enough or can can catch the bus. A lovely property to sray

Wonderful relaxing week in a very spacious clean villa with everything we needed . Well equiped kitchen . Superbly warm pool . Very quiet location and even though the neighbours are refurbing their villas we never heard them. Security was good with villa alarmed and safe provided. Every channel you could eish for on Tv with no internet issues. Property managers Gemma and Stuart wonderfully helpful and very friendly. Only disappointment was the dart board was plastic so our darts wouldnt stay in but we used the pool table a lot as it was our way of deciding who cooked dinner each night....i cooked the most! Will definately book again .

Amazing week

Weve just returned after spending a week in this lovely place. Visited with family aged 8 to 73. The villa itsself is lovely, clean and very spacious. The photos dont do it justice as it is a lot more modern than on the photos. The outside is amazing, lots of space, a bbq and pool table. The pool was spacious and clean, a man came to clean the pool twice during our visit. Only downside was it ment to be heated pool and it was very cold. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed. The villa is situated in a quiet street around 20 minutes walk down the beautiful marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely walk down but we would get a taxi back which would only cost 4euro. I will definitely be visiting this place again. We all had an amazing week and didnt want to come home.

Do not stay here.

We booked and stayed at this Villa over Christmas and New year. The alarm wasn't working, the villa needs cleaning. The table tennis table was broken and everything was full of dust. Now for the main issue, next door has squatters, we went out for three hours on New years day evening and came back to find someone had been in the villa and stolen laptops, an iPad, iPhone, jewellery, money and more. There was no sign of a break-in so someone had access to the property. We contacted the Police who did attend and an appointment was booked for two days later to report the crime. My Husbands iPad had a tracker and luckily we located it on the Tuesday evening. We informed the Police and on the Wednesday after a lot of hard work they caught the people who had some of our items. We have since found out that the villa isn't registered as a holiday let and despite every effort to contact the owners we've only had communication with the agent Tara. We made a complaint via VRBO but they've said they can only offer a limited amount of compensation and we would have to contact the owner directly. We have made every attempt to contact the owner but nobody will provide his contact details. VRBO should be doing checks to insure the villas they are advertising meet the safety and security standards expected and at the very least make sure the villa is registered. We will never book with VRBO again and hope that by what has happened to us it stops anyone else booking this villa.

Could be easily improved

The villa could have been cleaner when we arrived & was not cleaned midway through either. A little TLC would make a huge difference, one of the bedroom windows did not open, the pool cover was torn & the pool heating turned off midway through the holiday, there were broken floor tiles where the ping pong table was, the ping pong table itself is badly rusted & a little unsafe. Having said this, we had a most enjoyable holiday & any communications with the owners was excellent prior to arriving
