The location and parking spot were great. We could hear our neighbors and their TV in our room so that wasn’t great but otherwise it was a lovely stay. Close to everything we wanted to visit and loved the proximity to the beach. Clean and communication was great.

My friends and I loved this listing. It was clean, came with so many beach essentials, and had a hot tub!! Host was great at responding and check in was super simple. I will definitely be booking again.

Host was great! We LOVED our stay! We had every amenity we needed and the place is even cuter in person. Great location- locals told us this location is a goldmine- but a lottery ticket. Cute brand new park nearby opening soon. Cute coffee bar and restaurants near. Bikes and hot tub!! Jump on it!!

The house seemed brand new. It had all of the things that you would want that a lot of places forget like tower fans in each closet. Extra towels, beach stuff, bikes, etc. Ricardo is incredibly easy to deal with responses quickly. I reached out to him about a concern about something and he had someone at the house that day to take care of it and it was as simple as that.I would absolutely take my family there again having one bathroom is difficult at times, but the location and the convenience of the house and everything you need is worth the one bathroom. Hot tub seem brand new as well

I had a fantastic stay at this property in San Diego while visiting family. The booking process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Ricardo’s kind and attentive communication both through messages and on the phone. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly set up for myself and my little dog. It was so convenient to have a comfortable place to stay where my family could visit me instead of me driving around to see everyone. I stayed for nearly a week and didn’t want to leave. Everything was just as described, beautiful views, a hot tub, and great space for BBQs with family, making for unforgettable memories. The location was perfect, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations. I want to give a special shout-out to Ricardo for being such a great host and ensuring everything went smoothly. Thank you, Ricardo, I will definitely be back!

This is one of the best VRBO properties that we have stayed at. The location was perfect for what we were looking for and having our own parking spot made things much easier. It was a great setup and the beds are very comfortable with support for the back. This would be my first option for VRBO’s in Pacific Beach, and we’ve stayed in some other good ones as well. The outside area was a great place to hangout with my brother and our girlfriends for a nice time. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our stay at Ricardo’s place! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and an amazing walking trail. The space was the perfect size for our family, including our toddler. Ricardo was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and kindly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was the perfect home base to explore the San Diego area. The property exceeded all of our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Pacific Beach is a wonderful area to explore on foot and we were able to get great walks in every day. Very clean, comfortable property with a great outdoor area.
