-This is the front unit in a duplex. The back unit's parking and main entrance are through the alley.
-Like many homes in the neighborhood this home does NOT have AC. Ceiling fans and the coastal breeze cool the home.
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area

There is designated parking for two vehicles located in the driveway. There is also additional public street parking in front of the property.
