The house was infested with roaches. I’m allergic to roaches and had to go to urgent care to receive a steroid injection and medication to take for 5 days. Pest control came and I had to sweep up piles of roaches 3-4 times a day. They upstairs wasn’t spray so it drove all the roaches upstairs.I was given the wrong door code and couldn’t get when I first got there. The customer service is horrible. What’s the point of providing a phone number if no one answers or return calls. The emails are not answered in a timely manner. The house is old and repairs are needed

Home beware.

We had nothing but problems at this home. We didn’t get our check in info I messaged them 6 hours before we could check in an didn’t hear anything until 6 that night after we worried we wouldn’t hear anything. We got to the house noticed that the pool was not clean it was merky and not working and the hot tub wasn’t warm and we had paid for the heating of the hot tub that didn’t get turned for 3 days after our stay started so we’re out that money that we didn’t have. The air conditioner upstairs quit working an had to contact them to fix it. The filter shut down the unit as the filter was so filthy with thick dirt. And to top it off we had some things sitting in the entry way and when we got home from Disney on Tuesday our stroller wagon some beach umbrellas and some canopies for the beach along with a cooler full of Red Bull and some beer were taken from outside of the house. Yesterday, the trash company was coming by and my brother-in-law asked them about it, and they admitted to taking it. They were using his cooler as their lunchbox in the back of the truck so we did get the lunchbox back but are out the other things so it was very upsetting. We contacted the host an pretty much said sorry your out of luck. And if you plan to shower make sure to bring towels as there was maybe 4 in the entire house. Along with no dish rangs and there was underwear laying out by the pool when we arrived and a tooth brush that was laying in the floor in the bathroom.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Warning plz look for another rental do not stay here I came here with my family for my sons birthday and it was horrible well horrible is an understatement. From the very min we tried to check in the door code wouldn’t work the entire trip we had to leave the door open and the property manager did not answer the phone at all. Fl is hot and my elderly mom stayed in a room downstairs and the vent wasn’t working the room was hot at night. The pool was dirty with chunks of hair n stuff like that floating. There’s also construction going on next door that is very loud. When we got there our linens where dirty and we had to was everything just plz keep your money or choose another property. Oh also our family members couldn’t visit us because we had to add them to the gate and the property manager never answered or return calls to add anyone to our property

Nice stay for last minute bookings

Home was cozy, although there were a few small things that could’ve made it better. One of the tvs in the room was working properly, nor would it connect to the WiFi . The railing on one of the bed post was slightly broke upon arrival . Had to kill 2 unknown bugs, prefect location & loved the club house( oasis ) for the kids lots of fun but also saving money at the same time. Would recommend for a quick stay or last minute bookings.

Reviewer Comments: Good afternoon, the house was the perfect size for the 14 we had, but they were some not so good things about the house at all.1. The air downstairs was not working.2.All of the things in the game room (garage) pool table sticks one had no tip and the other stick was cracked. Air hockey table the thing us for it had no padding so pushing it would scratch the table. The foosball table had no ball.3. No wash rags 4. Pool had no lights for at night.5. The carpets were nasty.6. The television in one of the rooms did not work at all one television in the frozen room volume did not work. 7. No extra rolls of toilet paper available.. The experience overall could've been better without all the issues we had with the house. When you're spending money to be in a home away from home you're praying and hoping everything goes smoothly. It's a beautiful home just need to upgrade, fix and clean better when and if you want people to book and stay there in the future. We didn't expect everything to be completely immaculate but in better shape than what we found.

They could have done better!!!

Nice neighborhood, nice property. Pool not turned on. Called management co, they sent someone immediately. He cleaned the pool and turned it right back off. No extra towels (2 per bathroom) No washcloths. Upstairs bathroom has mold on the ceiling. One functional pool cue, no Foose Ball, air hocky table equipment extremely worn. Someone brought out fire extinguishers, would not have known where they were if I did not witness where she put them. Downstairs a/c quit working. Cable boxes were not installed in all areas (in primary bdr closet) too many remotes for primary tv in downstairs common area (didn't know which remote controlled the tv) Would not recommend this location to family and friends. The amenities are there, but all were in poor working condition, or not working at all. All of these things are easy fixes. I just think that there needs to be a more critical eye on the maintenance of the property and those things that are advertised are serviceable.

Horrible don’t stay here

The house and pool was not clean properly. The pool was completely green when I arrived. The back door was duck taped close (it needs to be replaced). The back door is a safety issue. The dressers are broken( be careful for small children). The tv’s are duck taped to hold them up. The hot water work when it wants too. The air conditioner works when it wants too. This place ruined my vacation. Please don’t rent this place you will regret it.

The main issue was cleanliness - the house was clean so just maybe not up to my standards?? The base boards were nasty, behind the doors were stains and matter stuck to the door that had not been cleaned, the walls have fingerprints and dirty marks al over, the shower caddy is hung up with duck tape, the carpet needs a good cleaning! Florida heat, the pool needs maintenance more then once a week, I had to email 2 times about the pool, then the chlorine smell was so bad we had to leave the house. The hot tub is NOT HOT! its the same temp as the pool so that was disappointing. overall we were at Disney and had something planned each day so the house worked perfect for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has potential, however upon arrival major issues discovered: 1) Hot water tank was broken. We could not get ahold of management. 24 hour emergency number was unresponsive. It took 8 days to fix! 2) TVs- most were not working (only 3 of 8 worked) 3) Internet- unreliable 4) Cleaning- house was disgusting. We had to clean everything. No mop or vacuum. Fans full of dust, air filter over 6 months old, carpet filthy, walls need cleaned and painted 5) Many items broken- sliding glass door frame broken--would not close, ice maker broken, fridge drawer broken, fridge light burnt out, kitchen sink leaked, kitchen cabinets need repair, broken lamps without shades or working bulbs, no proper bedding for any of the beds. 5) Safety concerns- Stair railing loose, bed frames broken, no pool/spa lights. 6) Game room- was a joke. Clearly a storage area for all their broken junk.We addressed many of these issues with management pre-rental and we were assured these issues were resolved. Please be aware that was not the case.

Disappointing

Nice house with plenty of space. Unfortunately, not kept up. TV in main room not working, not enough towels or wash clothes, one sheet on bed, one paddle for ice hockey , one cue stick for pool table, no heat in hot tub or pool even though we paid fee, patio door curtains half gone, etc. Number to call for service said voice box not set up so no answer.

Vacation rental a bit disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was overall nice but needs updated. (i.e. broken lamps, torn screen around pool, torn bar stools). At arrival, we had no wash clothes. The pool and hot tub were not heated, even though we had to pay extra for that. The first night is the ONLY night anyone responded to us. We were told the hot tub would be checked, it wasn't. We were told we would be refunded for the cost of heating the hot tub and as of yet, that hasn't happened. Will not return.

Look elsewhere!

I had very high hopes for this home. I, however, was sadly disappointed and dismissed. Upon check in we noticed the stove was broken. The top was shattered and missing pieces. I contacted the property manager, they told me the previous renters had broke it. She asked what I wanted done. The reviews from July said it was broken(I hadn't noticed the review). I was lied to. The ice maker was broken, didnt work. The sink was held up with pieces of wood. Outlets didn't work. The barstools were peeling and wobbly. Then we noticed the carpet was dingy, gross feeling and badly in need of replacing. The walls were stained, chipped, and needed to be painted. We tried to overlook these, but around every turn there was something else. The second to last night I was using the restroom and had a cockroach crawl up my leg. The game room was a joke. It was extremely hot, the air hockey table was broke, the pool table felt was ripped and the foosball table didn't work well. The tv boxes didn't work. The sliding glass door was bent, hard to lock and the glass on the other side was not attached to anything and had a big gap. The hot tub didn't work. The pool pump didn't work. We contacted the property manager and they sent someone to work on these things. But he didn't know why he was there and there was a language barrier, so nothing was done. The photos of the home are very old and need to be updated. I feel like we were lied to. This home definitely was worth what we rented it for. I feel like we were swindled.

Disappointed with service

As an extended family of 8 we stayed at the property for 12 days in August. Whilst the property as a whole was nice we felt that it was let down in several ways: Firstly the support we received from the management was very disappointing - on our arrival we reported a number of issues including a mouse, broken fixtures and missing items, that had been specified on the listing. Whilst someone did set a trap and captured the mouse (for which we were promised some form of compensation, which never materialized) none of the other issues were resolved, throughout our 12 day stay. This included, for example, the air hockey table was missing one of the two playing pieces, the hole in the swimming pool surround meshing, through which the mouse presumably entered, the rear patio door frame was warped, creating a gap between the frame and the wall and also around the patio glass frame, which is presumably how the mouse entered the actual house and many other issues. In addition the décor of the property - carpets and walls were, generally tired and worn. The lack of support we received was put into perspective by the fact that we had arrived having spent the previous week at a property in Indian Rocks - which was lovely, well maintained and the owner could not have been more helpful. These issues really detracted from what would have otherwise have been a pleasant stay in the large family property and short walk from the Oasis Clubhouse.

Great house!

I stayed here with family and everyone had a great time! The check-in process was smooth, the house was clean and spacious, and the neighborhood had great amenities. The community is right outside of Orlando and everything you would need is only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here! We're already planning to go back.
