Regarding the refrigerator, our maintenance team visited the property on several occasions to assess the situation. During our inspections, we found that the refrigerator contained a large amount of food, which can restrict proper airflow and affect its cooling performance. The temperature settings were checked and adjusted, and we also provided recommendations on redistributing the items inside the refrigerator to help optimize its performance. Even so, we continued monitoring the situation and arranged for an additional refrigerator to be delivered as an extra measure to better support your group. This property has welcomed many guests over the years and continues to enjoy strong demand while consistently providing positive guest experiences. The feedback we regularly receive has been overwhelmingly favorable, which makes your review particularly unexpected. We also reviewed our check-in inspection report and did not find the cleanliness or maintenance issues you mentioned recorded. The pool heating is an extra cost because of the electricity bill and our personnel that has to turn it on and manage it. In your case we gave you an exception for it, allowing you to have it for only two days and after your arrival, so you could be as comfortable as possible.
