The Double Suite is 2 entire apartments across the hall from each other. Combined is the entire bottom floor of the building.
Each apartment is 1000 sqft with 2 beds and 2 baths. Total 2,000 sqft of space. One unit has a large private patio and seating are while the other has a small outside ground floor balcony.
The space
You are renting a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 2 separate units apartment in South Beach Florida. Each apartment is approx 1000 sqft ( 100 m2 ) total 2000 sqft each with a washer and dryer and fully equipping kitehcn apt 1 has it’s own private garden terrace and Apt 2 has a small outdoor patio.

- Each apt comes with 2 bedrooms 2 king size bed per room 1x full size pull out sofa sleeper total 4 bedrooms 4 king size beds and 2 pull out sofa sleepers
- Each has 2 full bathrooms 1 with stand up shower 1 with tub total 4 full bathrooms
-Sleeps up 10 guests comfortably
-Fully equipped kitchen; microwave, silverware cooking utensils + plates + glassware+ dishwasher + washer & dryer
-Comfy linens extra towels per guest & beach towels
-Organic toiletries
-Quiet & safe street
-High speed Wifi & Cable TV NetFlix & HBO
- ONLY Apt 1 comes with a private garden terrace
Quiet street near Biscayne bay and just a 15 min walk to Lincoln Rd Mall. This apartment features an oven, gas stove, fridge, and toaster as well as Keruig coffee machine. Extra towels for guests and a very comfortable full size sofa bed.
Location is key when it comes to staying in South Beach and you cannot be better situated then within our apartment.
Enjoy Miami Beach living in a small private building near the water and close to the center.
**** We offer early 12pm check ins for a fee of $50 or a complimentary 3pm check in.
**Parking is not available at this property, we can offer you a parking spot at one of our sister properties 1 block away for a $50 flat fee. Please confirm availability prior to booking. If not there are public parking garages located nearby rate may vary.
This is all based on weather or not we have a guest checking out the same day as your check in. Please reach out to us 24hr/48hr prior to your arrival so that we can confirm the availability.
Unfortunately we do not offer any luggage storage due to liability purposes
We recommend to guarantee an early check in is to book the previous night so that you can check in anytime the day of your arrival.
Your access code will work precisely at 4pm if an early check has not been confirmed ****
Guest access
Guest have access to two entire apartments + 1 private outdoor terrace and one small outdoor patio
Other things to note
Door access code will only be active at precisely your check in time.
STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY . Any smoking in the apartment you will be charged your full $500 deposit.
Please remove all trash from apartment in place in outside cans at check out.
Wash used dishes , do not leave food in the sink.
Damages or stains to sheets / linens will incur additional charge not covered by cleaning fee.
Our management staff is allowed to access your unit at any time in the event of an emergency ( i.e. flood , fire ). We will of course reach out to our guests prior to accessing the unit and also knock before we enter. If we do not receive a response we will be obligated to enter in order to control the emergency.
In the event of a smaller issue ( i.e. water leak, mechanical malfunction ) which will damage the unit if not addressed we will reach out to our guests. If we do not receive a response within 1 hour we will enter to assess the situation. As always we will knock before entering.
If there is any malfunction / issues within the apartment during your stay please do not attempt to repair yourself. Do not tamper with the circuit breaker box or any other equipment. Please reach out to us and we will send our qualified team to repair.
Parking on south beach is complicated, and cars are towed quickly. If your apartment comes with parking please make sure to park in the designated areas . If you are unsure of parking please reach out to us prior to parking your car.
We do not allow packages to be sent prior to a guest checking in. Also if any packages are received after your check out they will be discarded.
Guests do not have access to mailboxes unless for stays of 28 nights or more.
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items inside the apartment.
