The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour / West Ave, one of the most walkable pockets of South Beach. Lincoln Road and the Sunset Harbour shops are about a 5-minute walk — no car needed. South Beach and the sand are roughly a 10-minute walk east.



For food, neighborhood favorites are close: Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza, and Sardinia for Italian. Coffee is easy too, with Panther Coffee and Pura Vida nearby.



Groceries are a short walk — Trader Joe's and The Fresh Market are both on West Ave. From here you're also within easy reach of Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the Art Deco District for sightseeing, dining and nightlife.



Getting Around:

This is a walk-everywhere location: Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour shops, restaurants and grocery are all within a 5-minute walk, and South Beach is about 10 minutes on foot. A car isn't necessary for day-to-day, but if you drive, a secured on-site garage is available for a nightly fee. Rideshares are plentiful across Miami Beach, and the mainland — Wynwood, Downtown and Brickell — is a quick drive over the causeway.
