Perfect house

This home could not have been more perfect for our trip to Miami. The pool, cassita, out door areas, kitchen everything was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, beaches etc. Would definitely stay there whenever I am in the area.

Great location for U Miami graduation

Good house to stay and gather for the U Miami graduation. Quiet neighborhood and restaurants within walking distance. Nothing too fancy, the house met our needs and gave us a place to gather instead of a hotel. Definitely recommend if someone wants a short stay close to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.

Great house in Coral Way, very convenient location to explore Miami. The owner really goes above and beyond in recommendations and communication. The house is just like the pictures - note that it is not a large house, but the outdoor spaces are generous and great for hanging out. We would recommend and stay again!

What a terrific experience. The host was perfect, very responsive. The house was so perfect for our family of 5. Such great access to so many parts of the city. Great place to cook, with a fully stocked kitchen. Relaxing spaces to simply sit and enjoy being on vacation. Beautiful pool. Would 100% stay here again.

Great, as expected!

I alway read all reviews before scheduling a rental. The reviews here were excellent, and I got exactly what I was expecting! Location, location, location…even Miami Beach was easily accessible. Sabin was always available, though we had no problems with the property. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to going again.

Charming house with private pool

We rented it for the private pool to celebrate our 25th anniversary. And yes, the pool was awesome! Seemed like a safe and quiet neighborhood. Looked like a police officer lived five houses down. Homeowner was always easy to reach and communicate with. Sabin has a lot of knowledge of the area and plenty of suggestions for entertainment and dinning.

Perfectly Peaceful

We spent a week at this lovely home and brought my MIL to see the ocean for the first time. The home was absolutely lovely and the addition of the casita was perfect. The neighborhood quiet with easy access to delicious restaurants/shopping. Pool was amazing and the extra outside seating was a bonus--to be able to work outside and take a dip between work meetings was a definite plus. We are so grateful to our host whom we peppered with questions early on to find activities to do and delicious places to eat! We too advantage of many of his suggestions all were superb! Excellent communication to include quick response to anything we asked during out stay, appreciated the detail of the house info--we plan to come back again! Highly recommend this home/host!

Loved our stay

We had a communication’s snafu right off the bat that prevented us from entering the property. Sabin was quick to respond and rectified the problem promptly. The home and casita are clean and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance of nice restaurants and shopping. The weather was a bit cool so we did not get a chance to use the pool but thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. We did not do any cooking so cannot speak to the utility of the kitchen, but it seemed well appointed. We had a lovely time in Miami and will absolutely consider booking this property for our next visit.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus in Miami. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Alles war mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen (Strand, City, Supermarkt…). Einige Restaurants, Cafés konnte man zu Fuß (ca. 10 min) besuchen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schönes Häuschen mit großem Pool in zentraler Lage

Die Lage des Objekts ist top. Super Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Pool ist super schön und echt groß! Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch super geklappt. Danke dafür :-)

Our stay was perfect. The location was central to everywhere we needed to be in the Miami area. Our host was incredibly gracious and accommodating! The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is within walking distance to many great restaurants, and a short drive away from a Target and a Publix. The house and pool area were clean, charming, and comfortably furnished. The pool area had lots of seating that could be used during different times of the day—you could always find a comfortable spot either in or out of the sun. Our host was very responsive and had a detailed booklet with information about the property. We had a lovely stay and plan to return when we next visit Miami!

The location was perfect and the owner was even better. Very communicative and truly provided all the answers to my questions w/o having to ask. Wedding Weekend Home Base

Our family was in Miami for our son's wedding and had a wonderful stay at this charming home... It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children with it's Casita and beautiful pool. The house is beautifully maintained and had all of the comforts of home. Sabin was a wonderful host and accessible if we needed anything. He provided lots of good information about restaurants and local places to get a taste of Miami's charm!

As former guests of this house under the previous ownership, we fell in love with the place, and begged to buy it from the owner, who finally relented. Naturally we couldn't be happier! As a home-away-from home for us, we also want to share it with you. Since we are a family that loves eclectic, colorful communities and people, we have also fallen in love with Miami, which certainly matches these descriptions.

Though I am from the deep south (Mobile, Alabama, and New Orleans), and my wife is from France, the pan-latin culture that permeates Miami is something with which I became familiar when I was a child when I lived in Merida, Mexico. In college I also lived in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, and then later worked in Panama, Spain, etc, while also studying Cuba in graduate school in Washington, DC.

It is these experiences that have drawn us to get to know and love the Miami Mix of Cuban, Haitian, Venezuelan, Brazilian, Colombian, Nicaraguan, and Salvadoran communities.

I will help you discover and appreciate all of this as well!

The house itself has original pre-war details, like hardwood floors, and original moldings, but is completely updated and modern, highly-functional and comfortable. The fact that the pool is only 3 feet from the house helps too! Hop in the outdoor shower, and right into the salt-water (heated in the winter) pool!
