Wohnung am Meer im abgelegenen westlichen Ende der Insel namens "The Point". Dies könnte die beste Wahl sein, wenn Strandspaziergänge, Brandungsangeln und Muschelkämmen zu Ihren Lieblingsbeschäftigungen gehören! Nur wenige Minuten zum Einkaufen, zur Wasserrutsche, zum Theater, zu Restaurants und zum Nachtleben. Trotzdem haben Sie das Gefühl, Sie sind weit weg von allem. Die Point Emerald Villas sind eine Wohnanlage mit 2 Außenpools, Clubhäusern, Tennisplätzen, einem Basketballtor, einem Picknickplatz und einem Grillplatz im Innenhof. Holzstege für einfachen Zugang zum Strand. Aufzug befindet sich ebenfalls in Gebäude A. Dieses Haus verfügt über 3 BR, 2. 5 Bad. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit verbessertem Surround-Sound und eine überdachte Terrasse mit Meerblick. Das Hauptschlafzimmer Nr. 1 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein Vollbad, einen 39-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und eine Terrasse mit Meerblick. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, 27 "-Flachbildschirm mit Vollbad und Gemeinschaftsbad auf dem Flur. Perfect Place to Relax

We really enjoyed our stay.! We enjoyed being so close to “the point” and just a short drive to the aquarium, Morehead City, and Beaufort. The condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

One of our favorites

This is one of my family’s favorite places to stay on Emerald Isle and it’s our second time staying in this condo. I love that it is a safe and family friendly area. The condo is super comfortable and has an easy access to the beach. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Wonderful Villa!!

This Villa was perfect. The Villa is updated, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook a few dinners. It was nice and quiet and a very close walk to the beach.

One of our favorites on EI

This property is one of our favorites when we stay in Emerald Isle. The condo has everything you need, is just steps away from the beach and the property has excellent amenities. My family loves that there is access to safe bike paths for the kids and a nice pool area. This is our 3rd stay here and we would definitely consider this condo again.

Wonderful Place

Condo was well appointed and had everything we could need for our week at Emerald Isle. Beach was close with nice ramp for our beach cart. Lovely area and we were happy beach bums all week. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Overall it was an okay place. I would not consider this ocean front rather ocean view. For what we paid beds could be better and it wasn’t the cleanest. There was plenty in the kitchen to cook with. Walk was very long to the beach but the beach was huge and beautiful. Washer and dryer need updated along with fridge that would hardly close for us. Emerald Isle is beautiful.

We have also hosted many Easter egg hunts for the entire community here at Point Emerald Villas. We bought here due to it being the best part of the beach on the ENTIRE island. We love going to the island and as soon as we cross the bridge feel like we are in a different world--relaxed and care free.
