Villa Enjoy befindet sich zentrumsnah in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Das Haus steht auf einem Grundstück von c.a. 1200 m2. Wohnfläche 220 m2 ( 320 m2 mit den Annexen ) Es gibt einen riesigen Wohnbereich mit bequemen Sofas & Unterhaltung, ink. Flachbildfernseher, SAT- TV, DVD, Lautsprecher für Ipod/MP3 etc. Das Esszimmer bietet Platz für 12. Die Einbauküche ist für Selbstverpflegung ausgestattet mit den üblichen Annehmlichkeiten wie Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank & Geschirrspüler. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum finden Sie eine Waschmaschine & Bügeleisen. Das Highlight der Villa ist der weitläufige Garten, der solarbeheizbarer 10x5 m grosser Pool mit römischen Treppen für leichten Zugang & Hydromassage für Ihren Komfort umgibt. Im Garten finden Sie eine reiche Auswahl an einheimischer Vegetation, großzügigen Grillbereich, Freiluftessbereich für 16 Personen, Spielplatz ,eine Boccia-Bahn, eine Sonnenterrasse und ein romantischer Gartenpavillon.

Die Urlaubsvilla besteht aus vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern und 3 Annex. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett und ein Ensuite-Badezimmer mit einer Hydromassage-Badewanne. Es gibt ein weiteres Doppelschlafzimmer, welches sich das Familienbadezimmer mit den beiden Twinschlafzimmern teilt. Ein . Annex 1 ist ein Twinschlafzimmer und 1 Sofabett für 2 Kindern mit Ensuite-Badezimme;, Annex 2 ist ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit Ensuite-Badezimmer; Annex 3 ist ein 3 Einzelbetten mit Ensuite-Badezimmer. 1 ANNEX 1 IST NUR AB EINER BELEGUNG VON MINDESTENS 10 PERSONEN VERFÜGBAR; 2 ANNEX VON MINDESTENS 12 PERSONEN UND 3 ANNEX AB 14 PERSONEN.

Playa Blanca ist ein Fischerdorf. Die rundum entstandenen Ferienanlagen und 4 Hotels haben durch den entsprechenden Baustil die Ursprünglichkeit dieses Dorfes weitgehend erhalten. Eine wunderschöne Strandpromenade lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein und bietet ein abwechslungsreiches kulinarisches Angebot. Die dort beginnende hellsandige Playa Flamingo erreichen sie in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wer sich einen Fußweg von ca. 7 Kilometern zutraut, erreicht nach etwa anderthalb Stunden die Papagayostrände mit paradiesischen kleinen Buchten und ebenfalls hellen Sandstränden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf liegen ca. 2 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, eine Bank, ein Arztzentrum, eine Apotheke sowie kleine einheimische Bars und Restaurants ca.10 Minuten entfernt.

Ideal family villa

Decent size pool, lots of outdoor sitting areas, and plenty of space for everyone. Well stocked supermarkets in Playa Blanca with plenty of free car parks. Villa is a 25 min walk to the beach so car hire is recommended. All 3 families had a lovely holiday and are hoping to return again

Stunning villa, absolutely perfect!

We had a fabulous stay at the property and would highly recommend it. We stayed as a mixed age group of 12 people and the villa catered to everyone’s needs. The villa itself was clean, perfect location and had plenty to do to entertain the guests e.g. swimming pool, basketball, games room etc. The host was always on hand when needed, communication was excellent. Thanks again for our stay!

Great place to stay👍

An excellent property for large families of all ages, so much to do if you want to, so many places to relax if you don’t want to do anything. Fully equipped with everything you can think of from an extra large fridge, games , bedding etc and the host is very friendly and always at the end of the phone if you need her. Can’t rate the property highly enough.

Had a great family holiday, the villa was clean and lived up to the description on the site had great amenities, plenty of room and things for the kids to do. 5 minutes from the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to any large family can't think of any negatives.

Amazing stay

Amazing villa, great location and great host. The host was always on hand to answer any questions, before and during our stay. The villa was perfect and had so much to offer for our family. Great location with a nice walk down to the restaurants. We did get taxis home but they were between 4 and 5 euros depending on timings. Perfect holiday. We cannot wait to visit next year.

A Fantastic Villa for a large family group for all ages. We were welcomed by the host for a guided tour of the property. Excellent facilities with plenty to do for all ages. With a small shop with everything you will need to get you by in your stay. The larger supermarkets a 5 minute taxi ride. Excellent stay and would highly recommend!

Big villa for vig groups

Very good place to stay if you are travelling in bigger groups. You will find anything you need. A place to cook, to eat, a place for BBQ, you can sit outside and inside together. A big swimmingpool with different heights and some play objects. Darts, Pool Bilard, Boccia, a lot to have fun. I recommend this villa to everyone. Thanks Teresa for the good stay.

This property had everything our multi-generational family needed. Excellent!

We met Teresa when we arrived and she showed us round. There was a very useful welcome pack. This villa had everything we wanted. There were lovely outside areas for eating and resting and a great barbecue. The pool was magnificent..We liked the separate "granny flat" .

Just brilliant!!

Without a doubt I would recomend this villa to anyone considering a stay. We were two families with kids ranging from 7 to 16 and there was plenty to to keep them and us entertained. Teresa (the host) was excellent from start to finish and answered any questions we had and made sure we felt welcomed. Pretty sure we will be back.

Villa Enjoy was ENJOYABLE!

This villa is amazing, it lived up to expectations and more. The owner Teresa is a lovely lady very helpful and communication was brilliant pre, during and post trip. The location is spot on, not on top of all the hassle and bussle of the main town but only a short taxi ride or slightly longer walk away. The villas facilities and amenities were perfect for a larger family. The pool was big and perfect temperture in the Lanzarote heat. Couldn’t have asked for more during our time here and we will definately booking again!

The villa was just as described, a beautiful welcome gift of wine cereals etc was waiting for us. The villa was spotless, and the host stayed in touch to answer any questions. We had an amazing holiday with plenty to do for the whole family, we all looked forward to the day ahead, the pool was fabulous. One thing to improve leave more toilet rolls for the guests, and some information about the surrounding area, buses, taxis, and shops but besides that we would recommend this villa for the best holiday ever thank you Teresa

Perfect in every way!

From the start of our booking until leaving, we have had a wonderful stay at this villa. The facilities are 5 star and as a group of 2 families, provided everything we needed - especially with using the annexes to provide everyone with their own bit of space. Teresa as a host was fantastic - providing great communications and information about the villa and also the local area and faculties (restaurants, shops, excursions, etc). Overall, we had a truly wonderful break - having lots of fun and creating memories! Just a pity we only stayed for a week but would definitely return in the future!

Fantastic villa with so much entertainment

The villa was perfect for my friends and I staying with 8 children aged 0-11. We had so much space and tons to keep us entertained. Everything was in good condition and the place was clean and airey. The pool was colder than I expected given that the description states it is heated. Apart from that everything was brilliant.

Multi generational stay

Teresa's property was perfect for our needs as a family group of 14 - 9 adults and 5 children up to the age of 7 years. 7 good sized bedrooms. A very sociable living space with plenty of room for our group. It was lovely for us all to sit and eat together in the dining area. The pool was simply perfect and enjoyed by everyone. With 8 sunloungers, various chairs and of course the hammocks there were sufficient areas for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun/shade. Teresa's communication and help both before arrival and during our visit was excellent. The starter pack of milk, bread etc was most welcome. Small supermarket within 10 mins walking distance. The 20 minute downhill walk into Playa Blanca was delightful, for the return some took advantage of a taxi ride others walked. Likely to book a return visit and have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa.

Nice villa

We stayed in the villa for 7 days (from 20 till 27 may 2023) with 11 adults and 1 baby. We had a wonderful vacation. The house is clean with nice furnitures, enough room for everybody. The pool was cleaned every other day. Lovely garden with a big barbecue and sunbeds. More than enoughs towels for the beds outside as well as inside the villa. The kitchen has eveything what you need for your stay. Nothing in the house as well as outside was broken. Playa Blanca gad nice restaurants, shops and harbour. Theresa the owner is a lovely and friendly lady and very helpfull. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommand this house to everyone. 1 week of Birthday Celebrations

First time I have ever booked through the Home/Away app and was really nervous as I was was booking the villa for my mums 50th birthday, my sons and husbands birthday are all on the same week. So wanted everything to be perfect, from booking the villa and when messaging Teresa she always answered me back straight away which gave me peace of mind. When we walked in to the villa we were blown away with how big it was, it lived up to the expectations of the pictures and even nicer. Pool area and gardens were lovely. We were never out the pool and the kids loved it. Loads of towels to use and washing machine there aswell.Was great not fight over a sun lounger on holiday. The men played bowls the whole holiday and basketball.Couldn’t see one bit of outside which was great, peace and quiet. A 15 minute walk down to beach and shops, restaurants was very hot so we would just jump in a taxi back cost 3 euro.Great villa, and can’t wait to book again.

As a family party of 6 adults having just returned from a weeks holiday to this fabulous property, we found the property to be excellent in many ways. Pros.... excellent 4 bedroom main property and an annex for larger families. Everything you could ever need for a villa holiday, very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. All cooking facilities and dishes pots and pans and cutlery you can ever need, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a jacuzzi bath and overhead showers. Safe off road parking under cover and behind gates. Lovely big heated pool with water feature. Lots of sun beds and sitting areas outside in the garden area of the villa. There is an outside barbecue area which we also used whilst there. The location is in a quiet local neighbourhood. Cons.... There is no air condition in this property which wasn’t really required at this time of the year but I can imagine it would be a problem in the summer months. The property is a 20 minute walk to the bars shops and beach which didn’t affect us as we had a hire vehicle. The swimming pool is solar heated and doesn’t really get warm enough to swim in comfortably. All in all we had a wonderful family holiday in this villa and we will definitely come back again for our winter sunshine holiday.
