Beautiful 3 bed villa with pool and Mountain View. Sleeps up to EIGHT!
Three bedroom property, each with king size beds and en suite bathrooms plus a separate guest WC. All bedrooms have full blackout blinds and individually controlled air conditioning for maximum comfort. A separate cot and a foldaway bed can be found in one of the wardrobes. All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels provided.
Large open plan lounge / dining room, with corner sofa and 60â flat screen TV. In the office there is a work station with keyboard and monitor, alongside a pull out double sofa bed. Property is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer, as well as all cutlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans. Off the kitchen there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.
At the rear of the property, there is a private large heated pool, 5 sun loungers with umbrellas and a separate large tiled sun deck with seating with wonderful views overlooking the mountains. Outdoor area also has a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area, and is fully surrounded by 8 foot hedges ensuring maximum privacy.
Property benefits from free unlimited superfast WiFi throughout. There is also space to park two large vehicles on two separate driveways.
The property is a 5 minute drive (0.9 miles) from Playa de la Fossa beach, and a similar distance from Calpe Old Town which is home to many wonderful restaurants and bars.
