Das La Casa de Reyes ist gerĂ€umig, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Villa hat eine WohnflĂ€che von 313 m2 und liegt auf einem großzĂŒgigen GrundstĂŒck von 1.133 m2.

Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert / beheizt sowie eine Fußbodenheizung fĂŒr die kĂŒhleren Monate.

Die Villa verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen großen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Schokoladenledersofas, modernen Möbeln und GemĂ€lden sowie einem 50-Zoll-Plasma-TV mit Surround-Sound. Es gibt Sky Plus, einen Blu-ray / DVD / CD-Player und ein Sonos-System mit Lautsprechern sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Villa.

Die Villa ist nach SĂŒden ausgerichtet und profitiert daher von den ganzen Tag Sonne. Da die Villen auf beiden Seiten etwas zurĂŒckgesetzt sind und höher oder tiefer liegen, sind die gesamten Außenbereiche besonders privat, da Sie nicht ĂŒbersehen werden.

Es gibt 8 Liegen auf der großen Terrasse, einen 58 m2 großen Infinity-Pool und eine große Kunstrasenwiese auf der RĂŒckseite des GrundstĂŒcks.

Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet, wenn Sie in Essen möchten, und es gibt auch einen Gasgrill, einen Esstisch im Naya und Außensofas fĂŒr entspannte Sommerabende.

Es gibt all die tollen Restaurants, Bars und natĂŒrlich den Strand in Moraira, nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Alternativ können Sie sich in Javea, Calpe oder einer abgelegenen Bucht befinden, die nur eine kurze Autofahrt oder eine Taxifahrt entfernt liegt.

Der lebhafte Ferienort Benidorm mit seinen Themen- und Wasserparks ist ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen.

The outdoor area is very spacious and very well maintained, several lovely seated areas and new sun loungers. The house is very spacious and has everything that is needed. Absolutely stunning property in a great location just 15 minute walk to the edge of town.We lived outside for most the week, in the generous terrace area and in the gorgeous infinity pool.Would highly recommend to family’s and groups, we went as a party in their 70s, forties and pre teens. My dad, has a disability, making walking and movement difficult, but he managed the villa fine and even went for a dip in the pool

Fantastic villa for a group of 8

Spacious villa with a fantastic infinity pool and outside seating and dining area, perfect for our group of 8 people, including 6 young adults. Poolside Sonos system and full Sky package on the TV were enjoyed. Easy walk into town each evening with lots of lovely restaurants near the marina. Host very quick to respond to any questions. We did not hire a car and found that we could not get a large taxi for 8 people in the town but it was not a problem for us as we were happy spending our days in and around the lovely pool playing volleyball etc and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic villa.

Fabulous Villa

This was a wonderful villa which delivered exactly what was described. It was perfect for our family, including a baby. The property was in a very good and quiet location within easy walking access to Moraira. It also felt very safe with gates and an alarm system. The villa was amazing with 4 good sized bedrooms, lovely bathrooms/en-suites, excellent air conditioning, and a lovely kitchen close to the very large covered terrace and wonderful infinity pool. You have everything you need to cook for at least 8 people, a great (clean) BBQ and we didn’t feel anything was missing. There were 8 sun chairs, a large outside table with space on the terrace to enjoy the outside weather the whole time. There is also a good mix of sunny and shady areas which are needed, because the pool area is in the sun most of the day. The villa itself was very nice and very well kitted out and it was a pleasure to be there for two weeks. We did have one issue which was sorted very quickly by the owners and did not inconvenience our holiday at all. The speed of response is important to me and showed that the owners cared about us having a lovely holiday. Indeed, the owners of the property were easily contactable during the whole booking process and made our holiday complete. If you are looking for a villa that is ideal for a large family group, I can’t think that you would be disappointed with this property and location. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our two week break .

Lovely villa in Moraira

Pictures don’t do this villa justice. The outside area is perfect mix of shaded areas and sunny parts. Infinity pool was a plus and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool Ideal for a large family as the bedrooms are spread over 2 levels. Absolute bonus was the great little restaurant Ca Pepe at the end of the road.

Great villa and pool

Lovely large villa with a great pool. The villa is mostly set up perfectly for 8 people; room for 8 to eat outside in the shaded naya or inside, 8 sun lounges etc. The only shortage might be on wine glasses. Good location, c. 15min walk to centre of town and less to the beach.

Lived Up to Expectations

We had a super week at this villa which was spacious and well equipped, both indoors and outdoors. We particularly liked the electronic shutters both in terms of security and totally excluding light, the beds which were comfortable and how quiet it was. Communication with the owners was excellent at all stages. We got transport to and from the airport from a company recommended by the owners, we used two taxis to get shopping home, but otherwise everything was in walking distance. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and Kostas!, our fav around 30 minutes, but worth it. We do hope to return.

Fantastic Villa Close to the Beach

From start to end it was a great experience staying in this lovely home. The property is immaculate and had everything we could ask for including kitchen items, board games, TV, pool, etc. The washing machine and AC worked great. Communication with the host was always very prompt and accomodating. I will stay here again for sure.

Fantastic Villa, fully equipped, tastefully decorated. The infinity pool is wonderful, we all enjoyed our stay it was home from home, great for the Grandkids. We would not hesitate to book this Villa for our holiday next year.

Great stay

Stayed here for 6 days around the new years. The house is very conviently located within a 15 min walking distance to Moraira and many restaurants. The house itself was excellent with all the amenities you can think of such as a well equipped kitchen. Cleaning could have been a bit better, but overall this house is absolutely recommended any time of the year!

We live in Dorset on the south coast of England, with our 4 daughters. We work long hours but make time for family holidays and we look forward to our trips to Moraira and try to come out several times a year.
If we go for a week or less we can fortunately fly from our local airport but we always like to take the ferry to northern Spain and drive down for our fortnight in the Summer.
This is the second villa that we have owned in the area. Our last villa was lovely but we improved everything that we weren't quite 100% happy with before, when designing this villa. We have had the villa built for the long term, but with the holiday market in mind, and have put our thoughts into the best location for us now, the next 10 years & beyond.

We love this area of Spain which is easy to get to by air and also possible to drive to, as it is not too far south.
Moraira is a uniquely charming town with an abundance of restaurants and bars, to suit all tastes and pockets. The town comes alive in the evening and has a couple of nightclubs and boasts several festivals during the year when they have live acts performing on street stages, dancing on the promenades and fireworks displays.
The fantastic beaches in and around Moraira are clean and have parasols, sunbeds and children's play areas. There are many coves to explore along with golf, water sports and numerous themes parks only about 1/2 an hour away.
The town has everything to offer us as a family now and our daughters as they grow up and want to go out without us!

Our villa is within walking distance of the town, but far enough away that it is quiet. We have a larger than average sized swimming pool and our terrace is probably double the size of many other villas. We also have a children's swing set to keep any children amused.
We have everything inside the villa that we would have at home such as surround sound, large TVs and the full sky package. We also have a Sonos sound system for the lounge and the exterior speakers.
Our villa does actually seat 8 as many villas have a small sofa and a dining table that can in fact only seat 6 people, as well as not enough sun loungers!
Our villa would equally suit a large family, two smaller families, or couples, due to the number of bathrooms and the large interior of the property.
