Adjacent to the sitting area is a dining table that comfortably seats six guests, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and gatherings.

A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen is located in a semi-separate area, thoughtfully designed with all the necessary amenities for convenient meal preparation. The ground floor also boasts a generously sized bathroom, featuring a handcrafted bathtub paired with a rain shower—adding even more comfort and relaxation to your stay.

From this level, you can admire the views of the garden and sparkling swimming pool, enhancing the villa's bright, airy, and serene atmosphere.

First Floor:
The first floor is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring two inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a spacious double bed (which can be converted into two single beds if needed) and offers tranquil views of the village and swimming pool. It also includes a private balcony leading to the rooftop garden, perfect for unwinding. The second bedroom features a cozy double bed and direct access to the roof garden through its balcony door, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with outdoor charm. Additionally, a modern bathroom with a rain shower ensures both convenience and privacy for guests on this floor.

Rooftop Garden:
The villa boasts a beautiful rooftop garden, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun during the day or stargazing at night. The rooftop is an ideal spot for evening relaxation, providing peaceful views of the village and surrounding landscapes.
