This villa is the perfect base in Pantanassa for whatever adventure you crave in Crete Island. Our homeowner has re-imagined their adored home, embracing natural concepts and taking a modern approach on summer living. An alfresco dining table, for summer's eves will mostly be spent with over flame creations accompanying sunset vistas. Ensconced within 150m2 outdoor living, this house complete with 30m2 outdoor pool, BBQ facilities (gas) and cosy grounds has been designed with small gatherings in mind. Ideal for small groups ( can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some wonderful surroundings. Kindly note that the home is part of a villa complex when five more villas are located, each with their own pool & facilities, and some area are overlooked.

*Kindly note that the villa is not recommended for children of all ages as there are hazardous areas and the area is not fully fenced. Kindly note that if you choose to stay at the villa, supervision of children must always be by you at this self catering stay.

The home is embellished with a private heated (with extra fee) 30m2 swimming pool, featuring a lounge area and outdoor dinning area. This captivating home is also embellished with a five-seater outdoor heated Spa Whirlpool for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. The property lays in 150sqm outdoor area, and the balcony also features views to the sea. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek summery living, but also wishing walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The spacious home spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a family or a group of friends. Lounge at the generous ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon at the pool, before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 50’ TV on long summer nights, for an ultimate home cinema feeling. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders. The villa features one wonderful bedroom, with shared bathroom on the first floor and one with en-suite bathroom, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to two guests in real beds in its mezzanine bedroom. The Home features a KNX Smart House System for ultimate comfort.

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for one car • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing & drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 65€/day (Vat included)
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

*Kindly note that this Villa does not provide early check-in or late check-out due to Health & Safety reasons, as sufficient time is required, to conduct a thorough cleaning and disinfection at the Villa between stays.

The Villa is located in Pantanassa village, and is just within 5 minutes driving distance to Pantanassa Beach and a restaurant. It is also just 15minutes driving distance from Heraklion Lively Centre. Within 10 minutes driving distance you may find a variety of supermarkets and shops in Agios Dimitrios & Ammoudara area. It is only 20 minutes driving distance from Heraklion Airport making it a perfect relaxation resort and ideal base for exploring the beauty of Crete.
