The space
One of the best features of Pelican`s Rest is its location. The beach access sits at the start of the Kure Beach boardwalk, so you can head to the sand, stroll to the pier, or continue into town.

It`s an easy walk along the boardwalk to the Kure Beach Pier, where it`s fun to stop and see what`s being caught that day. Afterward, head into town for breakfast or coffee, enjoy a meal at one of the local restaurants, or stop for ice cream before heading back. The walk to the pier and back is about a mile round trip and is a great way to start or end the day.

When you`re ready to venture a little farther, Federal Point is just a short drive away and is a beautiful spot to catch the sunset. Fort Fisher is nearby with beaches, hiking trails, fishing, and historic sites. In the other direction, Carolina Beach offers a lively boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions. • Visitors must be approved in advance.
• No visitors after 9:00 PM.
• Anyone on the property after 9:00 PM is considered an overnight guest.
• Maximum occupancy, including visitors, is 8 people.

📅 Cancellation & Insurance
• Airbnb standard cancellation policy applies.
• Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet/area rug.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- No smoking around or anywhere near the premises.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- In order to respect the other residents and neighborhood, there are a few rules to be aware of:
*Zero tolerance for parties. in the event nearby neighbors complain, the reservation will be terminated without any refund.
*Strict quiet hours between 9:00 pm - 7:00am.
