Summary:
Indulge in downtown Nashville at our colossal 8-bedroom space just 2 blocks from the renowned Broadway and nestled on the vibrant Historic Printers Alley entertainment strip, this massive retreat invites you to bask in the energy of Music City. You will layout boasts 8 bedrooms and will have either the 1st and 2nd or 2nd and 3rd floors. You will have two of three floors.
The Space:
This Rockstar Mansion boasts 15 foot ceilings in the great room on the bottom floor. Originally built as a furniture warehouse in 1890 the building was converted to a law office in 1980. Our team tookover the building in late 2019 and completed a small scale renovation. When downtown was rocked by the Christmas Day bombing in 2020, the back half of our building was heavily damaged and we gutted the entire space and rebuilt it entirely to our specifications. We opened the first two floors in 2024. This listing is built of both of those units, the "Speakeasy" (First floor) and "Spa Gallery" (Second floor) We have 8 bedrooms, plus an available loft each decorated with unique decor and a cozy feel. Walk out the front door and immerse yourself in Printers Alley, a collection of local bars and restaurants nestled in the historic arts district of a vibrant downtown culture.
Guest Access:
Guests will enter the unit through the lobby. There is a 3rd floor that may have a separate group on it. The entrance to the Speakeasy first floor is directly via the lobby, clearly marked. Access to the 2nd floor is via elevator. At the 2nd floor elevator landing you will find your unit door. The units also connect between a front and rear staircase.
The Neighborhood:
You are located in historic Printers Alley, a vibrant collection of local bars, pubs and moderately high end restaurants. We are in the arts district, where virtually every building is occupied by a restaurant, hotel, or a bar. The neighborhood is safe to walk around at night and you are roughlty 2.5 blocks from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Broadway-- Music City's guaranteed to overwhelm all of your senses party strip.
Getting Around:
We are walkable to everything in the downtown core. You will not need a car. Uber/Lyft are very quick to pick up from the front door outside the lobby, but be aware around rush hour times and evening weekends there is quite a bit of gridlock out front and cars may take some time to get to you.
Interaction with Guests:
We always prefer to check our guests in in person whenever possible. We are generally also available almost 24/7 for special guests requests. Maintenance issues are almost always addresdsed same day.
