There are 3 houses (1 front house and 2 attached townhouses in the back) on this property. With a communal courtyard that brings these luxury homes together, you can experience the "grits and glamour" of our 3-bedroom home or relish in the retro vibes of the 7-bedroom attached townhouses that echo past decades of retro glam. With all the amenities to sustain a fun-filled visit to Nashville, you will enjoy an unforgettable experience with family and friends in this mini oasis in the middle of booming Germantown.

At a glance:
* Only 1.6 miles (a 7-min ride) to downtown Nashville. Close to Salemtown, Nissan Stadium, Ascend Amphitheater, the Gulch, East Nashville, Vanderbilt University, and 12South.

* This property consists of 3 houses: Unit A (the front house, 1,800 sq ft, 1 floor), Unit B (1 townhouse, 1,500 sqft, 2 floors), Unit C (1 townhouse, 1,500 sqft, 2 floors)

* Together, all properties have a total of 10 bedrooms, 14 beds (2 king beds, 8 queen beds, 1 single day bed, queen-pull-out sofa bed, a convertible sofa bed, and extra-large couch), and 8 full baths. Can accommodate up to 20 guests!

* Nearly every bedroom is appointed with Smart/TV (includes Netflix, Hulu, Fubo TV, and other streaming apps), pillow-top, or memory foam mattress.

* Outside courtyard space with a gas grill and bocce ball court

* Guests will enjoy full house access, including a communal outdoor courtyard for cooking and playing!

* 4 private parking spaces available to guests

* Ample street parking is available for your stay should you be traveling by car. No decal is required for street parking use.

Wonderful Nashville Location

Perfect Option for Large Group

We had a group of 19 and the house was fantastic. Ryan was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in and was easy to communicate with. The courtyard and house setup were great for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and we had a great time. Germantown was an awesome area as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Experience!

This property was fantastic! It easily accommodated our large group and everyone really enjoyed the conversational layout. Also, the location was phenomenal. It was close to everything we did for fun and walking distance to our event venue. Property management team was very communicative and responsive. We’d stay again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a space to comfortably house a large group of 10+. Five stars all the way around!

Amazing Property

It was 11 of us and I couldn't of picked a more perfect place. Everything was just as I expected it to be and I had full communication with mgmt the entire time. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Bachelor party for 10

We stayed at this location renting out all three units. Def worth it. All of my guys had a place to sleep conformably and there was enough bathrooms for us all as well. They kept the place clean with basic kitchen amenities. My one issue would be that the place has a bocce ball court. I would thing some care and attention would be given to that standout amenity and when we got there the lights weren’t working for the court and the court had leaves all in it. Also worth mentioning that many of the rope lights in the courtyard area were out and need replacing. Overall minor issues and when I called to ask about the lights, someone was at the house within 20 minutes to see what could be done. They couldn’t figure it out, but by the next afternoon there was another strand of rope lights hanging over the court, giving us what we needed to see. Overall minor issues that can be mitigated with some better quality control, but excellent experience. My guests had a dig dug competition on the arcade machine and were all stoked to see YouTube tv working for sports.

Great Stay!

This is an awesome location, centrally located to broadway, with so much to do in Germantown. We had our wedding party stay here, which was so awesome to gather in the courtyard and all be together throughout the weekend! Each house had everything you could possibly need! Highly highly recommend.

Great place for friends

We enjoyed having a group of friends stay the weekend on the property. Easily walkable to a bunch of restaurants and the minor league baseball stadium. While at the property, the courtyard is a great place to hang out. AC was great and the property was clean.

My group had an amazing time staying with Natasha and Chip at their property in Germantown. It was completely ideal and we could walk to many activities and places to eat. It was so convenient! Highly recommend for a group wanting to be together in close proximity, but also having enough space to decompress. The attention to detail at the property was wonderful. We felt right at home.

Our front house (Unit A) was fully renovated in the winter of 2018 and completed in April of 2019. The attached townhouses (Units B & C) opened their doors in April 2021 on the backlot of Unit A.

We chose this location because of its charming vibes, rich history (dating back to its 1850s establishment by European Immigrants), architectural treasures, and thoughtfully designed urban mixed-use development. We hope you will quickly see why Germantown is considered one of Nashville’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We also love the neighborhood’s proximity to downtown Nashville, yet find it filled with authenticity and energy of its own. We believe Germantown is one of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhoods and we have filled countless days with our family and friends here enjoying great food, activity, and fresh air.

Germantown is known for being incredibly walkable, with most people traveling by foot to explore the neighborhood. That said, many locals and guests alike also enjoy using the electric rental scooters located throughout the Germantown District.
