Perfect location and the house and host made it even more special. The place is lovely and very well maintained. The host is amazing and made the entire process and stay seamless.

We loved that the property had a bathroom for each bedroom! And the location was excellent - a quick, inexpensive Uber to Broadway. Communication with the owner was easy-peasy! But unfortunately, the property was not as clean as we would have liked. There were cobwebs in the corners, the floors were a little dirty, and we saw a few bugs. There were also small inconveniences, like not enough towels in the bedroom that slept 4 people; the barn doors in almost every room leading to the bathrooms did not close/open properly and provided very little privacy. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Nashville Couples Retreat

We take a trip every year with friends during the month of February. This year we chose Nashville as our destination and booked both side A and B. Everyone in the group (12 adults) had nothing but good things to say about this property. The communication was great, the property was of clean and had everything we needed. Parking was also a great perk and the views from inside the property and the roof top was amazing. I highly recommend this property.

Great Place for a Girls Weekend!!

We rented both sides of the duplex for 12 of us to celebrate a 50th birthday. It was nice to have the divided space so we could have some quiet time to recover from all the party time! They’re both decorated beautifully and well appointed with all the amenities. We loved walking down to the Marathon shops & restaurants and it was an easy Uber ride everywhere else. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, the only issue was check in. My suggestion is to check messages through the VRBO portal. Also, the address of the units is listed as part of the WiFi network names, but I would put it in bold at the top of your introductory message. Otherwise the only place I could find the address listed is in the WiFi name. Overall beautiful property and a great experience. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you.
