Beds made with high-thread-count linens, pack-’n-play for the little ones, iron for looking sharp, plush towels, toiletry essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, & kitchen accouterments: coffee, decaf, tea, cooking utensils and supplies. You can find beach and pool items like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floaties in deck boxes on the patio.

Smoking is not allowed inside or outside at the property at any time. Quiet-hours 10 p.m.–8 a.m. per county ordinance. Partying, events, or loud noises are not allowed any time. Guests are required to sign an additional rental agreement with owners after booking. Security cameras, and digital noise detection devices are present on property in front yard and back yard. For stays of 21 days or more, professional cleaning is required once every two weeks, and will be added to reservation total.
Pool heating is available upon request. Heated pool temperatures are typically in the high 70s to mid-80s, weather permitting. Cooler outside temperatures may limit heating performance. In rare circumstances where the outside temperatures are 60 degrees or lower, pool heat is not available. Pool heat requires an additional $35/night, or $210/week charge, plus applicable taxes. Pool heat must be booked in advance of your stay, ideally at least 4 days prior, however we will do everything we can to accommodate request. Pool heat must be purchased for your entire stay. Pool heat is recommended for Nov-April. Pool heating is not included in the base rent, and must be purchased as an add-on by guests who wish to have it during their stay.
Any guest-initiated cancellation is subject to a cancellation processing fee equal to the greater of $50 or the non-refundable credit card/payment processing fees incurred. This amount will be deducted from any applicable refund.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Occupancy limit 8 people, maximum parking in driveway 4 cars. DWE6218478; STR26-00124
