The space
This family friendly, cul-de-sac, single-level home (just a step down into the sunken living room) has more to do than most families can pack into one trip. The backyard alone keeps three generations busy: heated pool and hot tub, putting green, shuffleboard, ping-pong, a fire pit for evenings, an outdoor shower to rinse off after pool time, a built-in gas grill and outdoor TV for game day, and a garage gym for anyone still chasing their workout on vacation. Four bedrooms sleep the whole crew, with 2 full bathrooms plus that outdoor shower to help with the morning rush. Quiet cul-de-sac, easy 7 minutes from Old Town, and a host who actually answers the phone.

HOUSE RULES
- Outside Vendors by request only: no hibachi, cabana boys or similar
- No 3rd-Party Bookings: Booking person must be present the entire stay.
- 10pm Quiet Time: City Noise Ordinance, lowered voices
- No confetti, glitter, rose petals or taping things to walls
- No Smoking indoors or out
- No Pets
- No unapproved visitors. Unauthorized visitors will result in cancellation without refund.
- POOL/HOT TUB: If the pool/hot tub is left in a condition that requires a full drain and deep cleaning—such as murky water, excessive debris, broken glass found surrounding, or misuse—a $1,000 USD cleaning fee will apply.

-> After Booking or Requesting to Book you’ll be asked some questions about your stay. To meet local requirements, all guests must complete a secure third-party ID verification within 24 hours of booking as well. Please reply within 24 hours so we can prepare for your visit. Don’t worry, it will be painless!
