Willkommen bei Stella West! Dies ist ein schönes, sauberes, modernes Ferienhaus im sonnigen Central Scottsdale! In einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen.

Dieses moderne 4 Schlafzimmer Split-Level-Haus bietet Platz für 8 Erwachsene bequem.
Bei der Ankunft werden Sie von einem großen Familienzimmer mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten vor einem Kamin und einem großen Flachbild-TV begrüßt. Das Familienzimmer führt in eine offene Küche und ein Esszimmer. Die Küche ist schön modernisiert und enthält alle Notwendigkeiten für die Zubereitung von fantastischen Mahlzeiten, während Sie in Scottsdale sind.

Jedes der vier Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein extra bequemes Bett und viel Stauraum für alles, was Sie mitbringen!

Das Haus verfügt über eine energieeffiziente Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Waschküche. Draußen können Sie den glitzernden und erfrischenden Tauchpool (beheizter Pool und Whirlpool gegen Gebühr) genießen. Streng keine Haustiere oder Rauchen erlaubt.

Awesome stay for a big group!

We had 13 girls here and had an awesome time. The backyard was spacious along with the inside of the house. Make sure to buy extra toilet paper because there was not a lot. Would stay again!

Great Property

This was a great property. It has everything you need for a great basecamp in the Phoenix area. Also nice that it's on a cul-de-sac and a larger lot. The putting green is nice, as well as the pool, and horseshoes. Accommodations were perfect.

Amazing yard and great location!

We had the best time on our girls trip and will definitely stay in this house again. Perfect yard and pool for outdoor fun and quick uber trip to Old Town for nightlife. Clean, comfortable and awesome pool area

We rented this house for a family get together. It was comfortable, clean, and had all of the necessities. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time on the patio. It's in a great location, close to top golf, casino, and Old Town Scottsdale. I would definitely rent it again without hesitation.

Great stay in Scottsdale

The house was perfect for us - 3 couples and one baby. We really enjoyed hot AZ days in the pool, cooking great meals, and spending lots of time together. The house is really close to Top Golf (which the guys loved) and walking distance to a running/walking path. I would definitely recommend this house to someone looking to stay in Scottsdale with all the amenities of home.

Great location

This house is close to Old Town, freeways and parks. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for 6 women. Plenty of space for everyone and loved gathering outside to eat meals and pool time. Hot Tub was great for cooler nights and to relax after a day of hiking. Owners were available when needed and provided us information for grocery stores, pizza places and local favorites. Would definitely rent again!!!

It was perfect

The location of this property is ideal to so many attractions: Old Town for dining, Camelback Mountain for hiking, baseball stadiums for Spring Training, and numerous golf courses. The pool in the back yard was refreshing and the shaded eating area was so nice when it got too hot. My only complaint is that the mattresses weren't the best.

Great spot for a family trip!

The property was great! It has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom with a kind bed upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Back yard with pool was amazing for us to spend our days in! Location was great, just a short drive from many attractions! Only problem we found was that the bedroom blinds werent very good so we were rigging up towels to make the rooms dark enough for the kids.

Wonderful Home for a Scottsdale Relaxing Vacation!

From our first day to our last, everything was wonderful in the house. It is just as shown on VRBO and the welcome book has all the details necessary to make your stay exceptional. Everything was clean and tidy and well appointed. The weather was perfect so we utilized the back patio daily and enjoyed a few BBQs. The neighborhood has just the right amount of activity and is very safe. Within a day I was driving myself to Fashion Square and The Fifth Ave Shoppes and all the restaurants in the area. There is a grocery store and a drug store within walking distance from the house. I found hair stylists and a wonderful spa easy to locate from here too. I found it hard to leave!

Nice Property!

The property owner was quick with communication. The property looks exactly as listed and is very nice. With the hot tub, pool, and games in the house, it was nice during Covid to have the option to stay at the house and have things to do there. We loved the location as it was close to everything that we wanted to do, and we also loved having our own pool! There were a few things that need attention before future guests should stay at the property. We kept losing power to the upstairs so had to keep flipping the breaker switch outside. We purchased food one night to grill outside and take advantage of the beautiful backyard, but the grill does not work. There was an ant farm by the stairs to the pool and also a bloody bandaid was in the grass upon our arrival so we would recommend a more detailed cleaning in the backyard after guests leave, especially during Covid. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay again!

Great Backyard & Location!

We enjoyed our stay! House (especially kitchen) was well equipped, had everything to make any type of meal. Traveled in Jan. so didnt get to use pool but it was very nice. Large yard and nice patio area. Lower level bedroom, bath & living space a huge plus - traveling with my daughter and her husband, grandson. Gave them lots of private space. Carson (owner) was available and assisted with questions/concerns with hot tub. I really appreciate the house having paper products and cleaning/laundry supplies!! I rent often via VRBO & AIRBNB, many homes will offer very limited supplies which forces you to run to the market almost immediately upon arrival! Beds, linens were decent, fair amount of towels. Only complaint was lack of tv's in all bedrooms. We're a group that likes to catch-up on sports, news at night/mornings, without having to go to the living room. (Master did have one) We stayed 7 nights; had 2 college age children, daughter, son-in-law, grandson and my husband and I, we had plenty of room. House works well for families, girls/guys trip but also with lower level space would be comfortable to share with another couple. Short drive to many bars, restaurants and Old Town. $6.00 uber to nightlife, clubs/bars. Walking distance grocery, coffee, convenient store, CVS. Neighborhood seemed safe, friendly.

Great home, excellent customer service

I was in Scottsdale for a golf weekend with 3 of my buddies. We were not at the house all that often, but it was exactly what we were looking for. 4 bedrooms with 4 large beds (3 queens and a king) was excellent, since we are all pretty tall guys. We used the kitchen each morning to make some breakfast. Everything we needed was there. The patio/pool area was great in the morning and evening (it was pretty hot there as expected in May) and the pool was refreshing after a day on the links. It was pretty warm in the place when we arrived, but the AC works really well and cooled the house down quickly. We did have a rental car, which is good because it is in a residential area. We didn't explore much around the home, but it did not look like there was much within waking distance. In terms of customer service, Katie was awesome! We arrived a bit late and were not able to get into the home before our first golf round. She called me and personally wanted to make sure we were able to get into the place. When I told her we were not going to be able to get into the home until late that night, she said she was off work, but offered to make sure that she was available in case we had a problem. There was no problem, but in a world of not so great customer service, Katie rocked for going the extra mile! I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

My husband grew up in Nebraska and I grew up in Southern California and Arizona. We both love to travel (lots of day trips or weekend getaways) and enjoy hosting BBQ's or pool parties with our friends. We are also very passionate about real estate and remodeling homes, HGTV is always on at our house!
