The apartment features a flexible bed configuration, allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with the addition of a professionally provided extra bed. Designed with convenience and comfort in mind, this fully furnished unit is ideal for both short-term stays and medium-term rentals.
Unlike hotel rooms, this apartment gives you the space and privacy of home with the amenities of a serviced property, including weekly housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Secure parking is available on request, making it perfect for those with a vehicle.

Important Information
Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In and Check-Out Guidelines
• Check-In Requirements: Guests must present a valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation at check-in. Accepted forms include a current passport, national ID card, or valid driver’s license. Contact details will also be requested for emergency purposes.
• Standard Check-In Time: 16:00 (4:00 PM). Early check-in may be available for an additional fee if the apartment is ready before this time. To guarantee early access, guests are encouraged to book the night before their scheduled arrival.
• Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge. If guests fail to check out on time without prior arrangement, they will be responsible for any resulting costs or disruptions.
• Luggage Storage: For early arrivals or post-check-out needs, luggage can be stored free of charge at the main office at 168 Granby Place for up to 12 hours. A €10 daily fee applies for extended storage beyond this period.
Booking Extensions
Extensions are possible depending on availability. Any request to extend a stay must be confirmed in writing. Please note that nightly rates may vary from the original booking.
Housekeeping and Property Care
Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in a clean and orderly state. Any damages, excessive mess, or maintenance issues must be reported immediately. The property management reserves the right to apply charges or deductions from the provided card if cleanliness standards are not met.
Policies and Conduct
• Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within all apartments. A penalty of €200 will be charged for any violation of this policy.
• No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or any form of events are not allowed. Breaches of this rule may result in a €200 fine, immediate eviction, reservation cancellation with no refund, and possible involvement of local authorities.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is obtained. When approved, a refundable deposit of €500 and a mandatory cleaning fee of €200 will apply. Guests must also ensure a stress-free environment during staff visits, which may occasionally require temporary removal of pets during service hours.
Keys and Access
• Lost Keys: A replacement fee of €200 will apply for lost or stolen keys.
• Staff Access: Staff may access the apartment for maintenance, inspections, or cleaning. Proper protocol will be followed, including knocking or ringing the doorbell before entry.
• Emergency Access: In certain situations—such as suspected illegal activity, welfare checks, or urgent maintenance—entry may occur without prior notice.
Guest Responsibilities
• Maintenance Issues: Any issues should be reported promptly. These are prioritized based on urgency and will be addressed accordingly.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests are responsible for disposing of waste using the proper bins or designated purple bags. Clear instructions are provided inside the apartment, indicating sorting categories such as general waste, recycling, glass, and more.
• Energy Usage: Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to adopt energy-efficient habits to support environmental sustainability.
Damage and Liability
• Definition of Damage: Any condition that alters the property from its original state—such as physical breakage, stains, paint damage, appliance misuse, or water issues—is considered damage. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
• Damage Responsibility: Guests are financially liable for any damage incurred during their stay. This includes potential loss of income if the unit is rendered unbookable unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• Mattress & Bedding Care: Any stains, spills, or damage to mattresses or bedding will be charged at the replacement cost.
• Reporting Damage: Any incidents—whether due to accident or negligence—must be reported promptly. This includes damage that develops over time (e.g. mold, pet-related wear, etc.).
Parking & Vehicle Safety
• Parking Disclaimer: While parking may be provided, the property management holds no liability for damage, theft, or incidents involving guest vehicles.
Complaints & Support
• Filing Complaints: All formal accommodation-related complaints must be submitted in writing via email. The management team is committed to resolving issues quickly. If a resolution isn’t possible, compensatory measures such as service credits or partial refunds may be considered.
