Nature Oasis Retreat w/ Canal/Lake Access

Centrally located just 25 minutes from downtown Tampa near St. Pete and numerous beaches. A quiet and relaxed tropical oasis on a lake connected canal. The house has two accessible bedrooms, each with comfortable queen beds, two recently upgraded bathrooms, large open living room area, big kitchen, and dining area. Private, covered parking, w/ smart cameras & locks. The real allure to the house is outside. From relaxing on the back porch to watching wildlife on the dock to taking out kayaks on the canal.

There are plenty of games and activities from the dart board and tiki toss on the back porch and yard games. Go out and enjoy the vibrant wildlife on the dock or even take a kayak out on the canal to the lakes.

There are dozens of excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping areas within 15 minutes.

We've put a lot of effort into making the home as smart/modern as possible. You'll find all the appliances and electronics are up to date, and most of them are "smart devices." Simply use alexa to turn on lights, change the temperature, play music, etc.

In addition, the home is utility free. Meaning the water comes from the well, there is a septic for waste water, and electricity is all solar. This takes a bit more work and maintenance, but we do this to reduce our carbon footprint, and we hope our guests can appreciate those efforts.
