Mein Bruder und ich sind in diesem Haus aufgewachsen, und unsere Familie genießt immer noch den Urlaub hier zu verschiedenen Zeiten während des ganzen Jahres. Es befindet sich auf einem schönen, privaten, 17 Hektar großen, klaren Quellsee (kein öffentlicher Zugang). Wir haben ein Kanu, ein Tretboot und ein Paddleboard, so dass Sie entweder angeln oder einfach nur Spaß haben können. Das Haus ist nur 30 Minuten von der Golfküste, 25 Minuten vom Tampa International Airport und 2 Stunden vom Disneyworld entfernt. Es ist 1400sf. Die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Waschküche hat sehr schöne Waschmaschine / Trockner. Es gibt einen überdachten Carport für ein Auto und viele zusätzliche Parkplätze für andere Fahrzeuge.

This was our second stay at the lakehouse and it was as wonderful as we remembered it. It’s a nice, private location with a gorgeous view of the lake. The house is well-decorated and stocked with all the amenities you could want and more. The boys went kayaking every day and we were able to take chairs, coolers and towels to the beach. We didn’t want our vacation to end.

Quaint country lake house

We enjoyed the location immensely, waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrise over the lake. The home had ample supplies of basics and the kitchen was stocked with every cooking and serving utensil imaginable. Just down the road we had a fun time feeding carrots to the farm animals especially the alpaca, donkeys and goats. We had various guests over our 2 month stay and they all enjoyed the uniqueness and country charm of an older Florida lake house.

Fabulous Property

We have stayed at this property once before and hope to come back again. The home and grounds are so beautiful; the whole experience is peaceful and calming. Peaceful hidden gem

This house is warm and inviting and sits on a beautiful, quiet, private lake. Conveniently located between Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Clearwater is a great for multiple activities. You could easily stay right at home and enjoy the lake. Owners are great people who were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Short Easter trip to see our daughter who lives in Tampa!

This property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and the home was just as presented in the pictures on Vrbo! The house had everything we needed, plus some extras and an absolutely amazing view of the lake. It was perfect for us and we had a great time! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer but we hope to cirlcle back to this property on our next visit to our daughter :)

Another great stay at this property!

This was our third year of staying for a month at this property and we continue to appreciate this home and area! Very comfortable stay! My former reviews mentioned the water quality issues, but additional filtration to address this has successfully taken care of the problem, I’m happy to say! Any guests we’ve had have all really enjoyed this unique property as well. Pick up fresh eggs from the chickens around the corner!

My friends and I flew down to have a relaxing getaway!! We could not have been happier with our accommodations!! Dr. Hutton is a wonderful host and does an amazing job communicating with his guest before and after arrival!! I have stayed at several different rentals and this is by far the BEST!! Our second visit here!

This was our second visit to this beautiful property and it was just as enjoyable as we remembered. The house is extremely well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture and all the kitchen supplies you could possibly need for a long stay such as ours (10 days). The enclosed porch with a great lake view is a huge asset - and the lake sunrises are without equal. The host was extremely responsive to any question we had and kept in touch with us throughout our visit. A great choice for a Florida visit!

Lovely lakeside home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Lives up to the five.star rating! It was amply supplied with everything we needed. All furnishings and beds are comfortable. It is located in a nice area on a quiet lake. We were able to make memories with our young grandchildren during their visits to the house. Relaxing, relaxing, relaxing

The property is in a quiet area with a lake view that is SOOO relaxing! The house is equipped with everything you might need and easy to get to. My husband sleeps in a recliner and the reclining loveseat was perfect! It was also about 30 minutes from the airport which was a plus for us. We had a great stay!

Lakefront Haven

Very spacious, quaint and peaceful. Extremely well equipped lake house with everything you could ever need and more. Dr. Hutton took time to address all of our concerns and questions and even remembered my wife's birthday and our anniversary. The water sport toys were an added bonus and we took advantage of the lanai daily. Very close to Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Spring. Dr. Hutton makes his childhood home your peaceful and tranquil escape. We would highly recommend it to friends and family.
