Beautiful Family-Friendly Vegas Home with WiFi and Pool

Hi Bree, we’re sorry the pool did not reach the temperature you expected during your stay. At the time, our monitoring system showed that the pool temperature was increasing, so we had no reason to believe the heater was malfunctioning. Guests who checked out the same day you arrived also did not report any problems with the pool or heating system. Had we received any indication that it was not operating correctly, we would have immediately disclosed that and would not have offered pool heating. We also want to clarify that you were never charged a separate pool-heating fee. For that reason, we did not believe a refund of $100 per night was appropriate. Additionally, our weekend base rate is approximately $250 per night, not $600. The total displayed by the booking platform may include taxes, service fees, cleaning fees, or other charges that are separate from our nightly rate. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the property has three private bedrooms and an upstairs loft with a pullout sofa. This layout is clearly explained in the listing and individual sleeping-area descriptions. No concern about the number of bedrooms was communicated to us during the stay, so we were not given an opportunity to clarify the misunderstanding at that time. We always aim to describe our home accurately and respond fairly to guest concerns. Unfortunately, Las Vegas experienced unusually strong winds throughout the weekend, which caused leaves and debris to continuously blow into the pool. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we arranged for our pool service provider to return during your stay to address the issue. We would also like to clarify that our listing accurately states that the home features three bedrooms and a loft area with a pull-out sofa, accommodating up to eight guests. This information is clearly outlined in both the description and sleeping arrangements section of the listing so guests can determine whether the setup is suitable for their needs before booking. Additionally, the home is stocked with a variety of kitchen essentials and household supplies intended to accommodate both short-term and extended stays. While individual preferences regarding specific items may vary, we continually evaluate guest feedback to improve the experience for future visitors.
