Willkommen in unserer komfortablen und herrlichen Wohnung im 2. Stock in der Shipyard-Sektion von Truman Annex. Einheit Nr. 258 ist ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad und Blick auf den Pool.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Das umgestaltete Badezimmer mit einem Spaziergang in der Duschkabine. Die voll ausgestattete Küche öffnet sich zur Veranda mit Blick auf den Poolbereich. Diese überdachte Veranda bietet Schutz vor der heißen Sonne von Key West und gelegentlichen tropischen Duschen. Die hintere Veranda ist ideal zum Sonnenbaden und Sternengucken!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect spot. It has every amenity you would need for a comfortable stay. Check in process was smooth and really enjoyed getting a call the week prior to check in to go over everything.

The perfect location

We stay in this complex every time we visit. You can walk everywhere you want to go. With this specific unit the pool is literally steps away and the front porch is a perfect location for sunrises over the pool area. All the pictures matched the reality. We were there two weeks and we plan on staying there again.

The unit is always clean and if there are any issues, the maintenance team is always responsive. Truman Park is an excellent location (and a nice park in general) to watch the sunset if you don't want to walk to Mallory Square. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby and a short walk to Duval St entertainment, CVS and Walgreens, Fausto's Food Palace, Ft Zach Taylor beach.This is a great 2-bed, second floor unit overlooking the pool. It had everything we needed, and the back deck has a larger dining table and lounge chairs that aren't shown in the photo. As others have noted, the walls are thin, but nothing you can do about that. The unit is clean and comfortable; would stay in this unit again.

The Green Spot was nicely decorated and a great location with quick access to the pool. Easy walking distance to Fort Zachary, tasty restaurants, and of course classic Key West attractions. Comfortable for four adults. AC works well, YAY! Bath towels a plenty! Beach towels were included but we didn't see them until our last day. They were in one of the cabinets in the 2nd bedroom. Compass was very easy to work with.

Nice clean and well-appointed unit, kitchen v small but adequate for our use; it was a little noisy at times because it’s close to other units on two sides, but basically fine. Convenient location for downtown Key West.

Great Condo in Old Town

Great condo. Had everything you need to function. If I had to criticize it, the WiFi was slow at times and the A/C never cooled the condo any lower than 75 or so. I don’t like it really cold so that was fine with me, but other people may think it was too warm. Also, I don’t think the floors are washed often. We walked around barefoot all the time and our feet were quite dirty. Other than that, awesome location close to all the Old Town happenings!
