Appreciated an early check in, late check out, and the proactive contact from realty company. We were able to walk everywhere, enjoy relaxing by the pool, or even in the unit itself through different parts of the day or night. Beds were comfortable, furniture and decorations done tastefully, and a lot of seating options both in and outside. Bathroom was located in between both rooms and this is ideal for a family of 4.

Quiet upstairs unit with two rooms and one bath that had comfortable beds and plenty of towels and linens ! There were even fans that we didnt find until the last day in the second room closet ... we had messaged ahead of time asking if they had fans and they said only a ceiling fan , so we used white noise on our phones. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed ! It even had spices ! The two decks were nice, one covered that we ate on and the other uncovered where we could get sun! The pool was busy, but we eventually would get lounge chairs as people tend to come and go. The property was very clean and pretty outside ! Be aware you will get woken by a cockadoodle doo lol 😂

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen clean and well stocked. Good appliances and clean also. Property is in great location and easy to walk almost everywhere. The floors were filthy though. Needed to wear shoes all the time. Actually threw out white socks because they didn’t come clean. Queen bed was comfortable but the twin beds were absolutely horrible and in need of replacing ASAP. Had porch in back and front which was nice for relaxing. I would recommend the place to a friend if the floors would be cleaned and twin beds replaced.

Great location! Very comfy for a family of 4. Short on basics.

We are a family of four (6 and 9 year old kids) and stayed for seven nights. The location is terrific being within walking distance of everything on and around Duval, as well as the Truman Park and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. If there was a longer walk such as to the Butterfly Conservatory, we took the free bus, and we only did that twice. Everything was comfortable in the condo: beds, seats, couch, dining. There was plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to make your own food. Our only complaint is the lack of basics, such as toilet paper (only two rolls provided for a family of four for 7 nights), no body wash, shampoo or conditioner (there were two small, hotel-sized bars of soap provided), and while the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans and other cookware, there was not anything like cooking spray. We ended up buying those types of items at the grocery store or Walgreens. Overall a great stay and would stay here again! Compass Realty was helpful when I had any questions, and they helped us out with a late checkout on our last day.

Love where we stayed . Close enough to everything,but far enough no noise for relaxing. The only problem we had , was couldn’t lock the door when we left . Very uncomfortable for two ladies by are self’s . We did what we was told and also called but never worked . I would stay again. We did enjoy are trip 💕

SO BEAUTIFUL!!

What a wonderful experience! The compass reality was a pleasure to speak to. They were so helpful and kind. First I really loved this area! It was so close to everything and was easily able to walk to almost everywhere! The apartment was spotless. The beds were so comfortable. I just loved the fact that there were two porches. It was very charming. We really enjoyed the pool it was at a perfect temperature. Met a lot of nice people over there. We had left our beverages in the fridge for the next people hoping someone else can enjoy them. We will be staying in this area again. It felt like a home away from home. Thanks again for enhancing our experience.
