Important Policies



Age Requirement. The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the property for the duration of the reservation. This property is intended for vacation use only and is not available for worker housing.



No Pets. Pets are not permitted. Following booking, guests will receive a simple verification link confirming that no pets or animals will be brought to the property.



No Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.



Mid-Stay Cleaning. For stays of 28 nights or longer, periodic cleaning may be required and billed separately.



Florida Keys Environment. The Florida Keys are a unique tropical environment where guests may encounter insects, wildlife, and other natural elements despite routine pest control efforts.



Construction Notice. Occasional nearby construction, roadwork, or renovation activity may occur without notice and is beyond our control.

Security Cameras. For the safety and security of guests and the property, the HOA maintains two exterior security cameras monitoring the front parking lot and pool area only. No cameras monitor any private interior or outdoor living spaces.
