Unwind in the spacious master suite, featuring a luxurious jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks for added comfort and convenience. Just across the way, two beautifully styled guest bedrooms share a modern, well-appointed bathroomâperfect for friends or family. Step outside to the private deck, an ideal spot to relax with a morning coffee or enjoy an evening gathering under the stars.
This property is conveniently located in the Uptown area which will take approximately 15 minutes to reach downtown, 45 minutes from Wolf Creek, 1 hr. from Durango CO.
**During winter months expect snow! Please ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities.
Fishing Permits are required if planning to use the lake to fish. They can be acquired from the PLPOA Admin office (230 Port Ave.) or the Pagosa Lakes Rec Center (45 Eagles Loft Cir.) You can call the admin office (m-f 8am-5pm) ahead of time, pay over the phone with a credit card, and pick up your passes at your convenience.
Please have this properties address on hand when you check in to get access.
No swimming is permitted in the lakes as lake weed is prevalent and can snag a person.
Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Please ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be issued because of weather. (Unless previously discussed and authorized by management.)
Pagosa Springs is historic in nature and is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest. Hiking trails, views, adventure and journeys all await the wondering guest. We like to boast the most snow in Colorado and we happen to be the location for the world's deepest geo-thermal Mother Spring.
There is no end to the adventure here for the daily traveler. Hike, bike, raft, kayak, paddle board, tube, or drive through our wonderous and beautiful small mountain town. We promise you won't regret your stay here in beautiful Pagosa Springs!
1 dog up to 50 pounds with a $30 pet fee is allowed. Please clean up after your pets following their outdoor activities. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Thank you for supervising your furry friends and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
