Great location, close to everything, and pet friendly was a big plus for my family. Would highly recommend if staying in Pagosa Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pagosa Springs and this rental made it so much better. Located right in downtown, it was an easy walk to shops, great coffee and the river trail. The hot tub was especially nice after a day exploring the trails. The house was very clean, and our room was great! Thank you for an excellent stay!

The location couldn’t be any better. Very clean and everything was nice quality and comfortable. Had all the necessities we needed. Communication was easy if anything was needed. You can walk to anything you needed and not have to drive. Only thing that would make better is if there was some type of cover, awning over back porch area to protect from weather and more privacy since the unit upstairs rents separately. We go to Pagosa every year and will definitely stay here again.

Friendly host always available to answer questions when I texted. Clean Property with my snacks that we ate when we arrived. Property is across the street from my beautiful park live music while we were there. Easy to walk to local restaurants and shops.

This house was amazing for our family of five. Us our two adult children, a 14 year old and a dog were comfortable. The house was super clean. I am a clean freak so says a lot. It’s right across the street from all the action in town. Our last night there was a free concert. We sat in the hot tub and listened. We got to walk across the street to walk the river each morning. We were nervous because on of the reviews said no ac. There was thankfully because it got hot in the afternoons. Terrific place with good communication from staff. Only downside was all the construction, but not related to our house. Definitely stay again!

We felt Welcome the moment we arrived. The place was clean and very homey. The place was quiet with very little noise and just a small walk from downtown Pagosa Springs. Highly recommended for a family of four or just a few friends.

Great Location, Cute Home – Just Be Aware of the Summer Heat

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the central downtown location—easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the river. The home itself is charming and clean with super comfy beds. However, there’s no central AC, which made July a bit uncomfortable. We couldn’t keep the windows open at night due to street noise (it’s across from bars on a busy road), and the host wasn’t able to get the window unit installed during our stay, so we ended up installing it ourselves. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience—just something to consider if booking during the hotter months. The location really is the standout feature.
