Got guests who need a little extra privacy? The downstairs apartment offers its own entrance, a cozy living area, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette—perfect for in-laws, early risers, or the couple who likes to sleep in.

Outdoors, the luxury continues. Launch your adventures from the private dock, or head up to the elevated observation deck above the boat garage—the ultimate perch for sunset cocktails, stargazing, or just soaking up the views in every direction. Home is equipped with central sound system (indoor & outdoor). Dock has room for two jet ski's and three boats with deep water for docking year round.

Home is surrounded by manicured landscaping, 3 fountains and a cascading Koi pond with sitting areas all over to enjoy the view from any angle!

Guest Access:

The guest access door, which has a guest code lock, is located on the right side of the house next to the pathway with the circular statues. You are welcome to open the guest entry door, and from there, you can also open the front door from the inside. Please note that the guest access into the home is via a code given for a touch pad on the dead bolt of the door.



Please keep the driveway gate closed when not in use to help prevent deer from entering the property and eating the plants.



Other Things to Note:

• The owners use this property, and have personal effects and art. Please be respectful of the property.

• The owner's boat under the boat house is not to be used.

• Home is not pet-friendly for guests. However, the owners bring their dogs when they stay, so if you are allergic, please be advised

• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects, but please let us know of any issues or unusual occurrences.

• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube, or jet ski, please go into bigger water.

• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.

• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.

• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we ensure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair above the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.
