**Due to an increase in fraudulent behavior, Bloomingails will require the booking guest to provide a copy of their government issued ID/Drivers license as well as electronically sign STR contract (same as listed on VRBO platform) immediately following approval of any booking request. Prior to accepting approval, host will reiterate through VRBO messaging platform requirements stated above and request that guest confirm understanding and agreement of these requirements prior to host accepting booking request. If host does not receive communication from guest, the booking request will not be accepted. If guest refuses either of these requirements AFTER the host has accepted the booking request, guest agrees to withdraw booking with cancellation policy followed accordingly. *Guest ID will never be used in fraudulent manner or shared. Fraud, by either party, guest or host, is frowned upon and may result in loss of member privileges by one or both from VRBO.
