True vacation spot. This is our vacation home where we treasure time with our family and friends; we would love to share this wonderful place with you and your family. Spend your days lounging by the pool or recreating in Lake Murray. Enjoy a fire by the lake while making s'mores and watching your family and friends play some corn hole. On a rainy night, there are plenty of cozy places to curl up and read a book, play board games, or just sit around enjoying some conversation. The screened-in porch is another great place to watch the lake while enjoying your evening cocktail.

Since this is a place we enjoy with our family, it is stocked and ready for yours. We have added all the amenities of home. Our niece and nephew Anna and Jim live within minutes and are only a phone call away to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Great place

3 couples…lifelong friends…meeting together for a few days. The house is beautifully decorated, relaxing with plenty of space, kitchen had every thing we needed. The marina was just a short distance to refuel our boat. Groceries and restaurants were a short distance and this side of the lake seems less crowded. I would stay here again!

Annual Family Lake Trip

Our family has been to Lake Martin every fall for the past five years. This was our favorite home by far and we will be back! No stairs meant it was easy to keep up with the kids age 6 months- 8 years. The highchair and travel crib were a great convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everyone loved kayaking in the morning and swimming in the afternoons. We ate all our meals on the screened in porch enjoying the beautiful views!

Summer vacation 2024

Property was as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked, all rooms were clean upon arrival. Loved the screened in porch. House is amazing with plenty of room so you never felt crowded. Kids enjoyed the pool and we loved that going to the boat dock was level with the yard.

Great property

We rent houses from VRBO several times a year for many years. This was definitely the cleanest, well stocked home we have been to. Our entire family was able to enjoy all of the outside areas, including my father, who was in a motorized scooter.

Our best family vacation in years!

Wonderful experience ! We cannot say enough about this home. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare family meals, to the luxurious bedding, spacious dining areas, screened porch and the charming gazebo. Furniture was comfortable and tasteful. The pool and private dock were so convenient and provided hours of water play and boating. Spacious enough for privacy when needed but cozy enough for lots of family time for our multi-generational group. We cannot say enough good things about this property! We hope to return soon!

Amazing get away!

We stayed here after my daughter's graduation from USC. There was so much space for all of our family and friends. There are multiple seating areas inside and out. We rented a boat and had two great days on the lake. We also utilized the kayaks and other pool items. Kitchen is well-stocked and an additional refrigerator in the laundry room was a big help. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable Family Retreat

Wow! Beautiful, serene and relaxing! Everything was wonderful! The home is so spacious with so many areas where our family could gather to play cards, games, watch tv and just visit. Everyone had a comfortable spot. We enjoyed lots of time on screened in porch, in the pool and on the kayaks! We loved listening to all the sounds from the gorgeous nature all around us. It was so peaceful. We really didn’t want to leave and really hope we can return soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great house for a family get together

This is our second year at this house. The view is beautiful and the house is in lovely condition with lots of extra nice touches like high end linens and holiday decorations. The kitchen is very well equipped and the two refrigerators are a godsend if you have a big group. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family get away!

My family and I stayed at Anna’s home over Thanksgiving to seen my son who attends the University of South Carolina and could not have been happier! The place is so spacious that we could all be together to eat or watch football, or to have privacy. As a mom who loves to cook, the kitchen was filly stocked as I prepared our holiday meal. My two college age kids (plus one roommate) enjoyed the kayaks, and did some fishing. Great getaway and hope to be back next year. I would highly recommend warmer months as well as the property has multiple spacious areas to relax or host some friends. Pool was too cold but us but we still sat out in the closed in area and gazebo. Thank you!!

Beautiful Retreat

This is a beautiful home, well appointed, lots of open space and flexible seating choices for large groups. Our family group ranges from mid-60’s to 80’s and we appreciated the one level with two master suites. Didn’t use the pool or lake opportunities, but perhaps on another visit.

Great location, great views, a great house. Our family, 18 to 85, was a 3 generation hit for all. Best stocked rental we've ever stayed at. Screened porch lake views the best. You won't regret your stay. Anna is the best. Thanks for opening your home to us to celebrate or 59th wedding anniversary.

Ages 2 to 63, we all had a great time. Loved the pool, because we don’t do toddlers in the lake. The house was well equipped, and the front porch was perfect for dinners in the evening.

Family Getaway

My husband, 2 & 5 year old and myself went to SC to visit my brother, sister-in-law and their theee kids. We needed a house large enough for all of us with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine and keep the kids busy. This home was fabulous! From the pool to lake and all of the indoor space it was exactly what we needed. There was great privacy, but stores near by. We loved that the house is one level which made indoor/outdoor living with 5 kids easier. The rooms were large with planty of linens, pillows and throws. The kitchen was set up and stocked well & the screen porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. The waterfront was great for fishing and the kayaks were perfect for peaceful rowing. We also rented jet skis for a couple days that the whole family enjoyed. We will definitely return!

It was mine for a week!

We’re home now and I miss “my” lake house! We loved everything. The view from the house is so peaceful and beautiful. The house is spacious, one story and gorgeous. The photos don’t do it any justice and it is much much larger than it seems. We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and patient with us. (We saw three deer.) Thank you for the memories!
